Earlier, I left my negative review about the travel agency due to a misunderstanding that arose through the fault of the guide. Since it cannot be corrected, I will simply write a continuation of the story. Thanks for the prompt response, the guide apologized and the incident was settled, as it turned out, this guide was provided by the host, and not LEAD Tourgroup, so we will attribute it to the human factor. In general, the tourist (my mother) was satisfied with the rich program, competent organization of the tour and a good selection of hotels.
