Your own currency in the price list for tours in no way related to USD

They accept payment in dollars, but not at the rate of the NBU, not at the rate of cash / bank transfer, like those who buy over the hill, but at the rate of the director's finger, which he can stick out of his nose, or maybe not. . . as a result, the exchange rate on their website differs from cash by more than 2 hryvnia upwards. . They explain this by saying that "it's more expensive for them to buy dollars," but what do customers have to do with it, why then do they not want to buy from customers at such rates? unclear. . . It is not clear how they work on the territory of Ukraine. . . after all, the rate on their website is indicated not for a "conventional unit", namely USD !!! Thus, the travel agency has defined itself as a financial institution - such as a bank or an exchanger with all the relevant rights! I do not advise you to contact this company, because the indicated prices in fact will not correspond to your real costs. . The formula is very simple, their dollar is not equal to the dollar and has nothing to do with USD, it is purely their fictitious currency. This is not the first time I buy tours, but I have never seen such a big difference with the real rate anywhere. .. in simple terms - if the price for the tour is $ 1000, then you will actually spend $ 1100 - it seems like a trifle, but an obvious spit in the face of the client
