We contacted a travel agency to organize transportation to Berdyansk and back.
When ordering, the manager answered politely. We made reservations there and back.
Due to a change in circumstances, there was no need to travel to Berdyansk, which was reported to the travel agency in advance. At the same time, they asked to leave the opportunity to return with the company back from Beryansk, to which the manager responded with rudeness. When asked if there is such an opportunity, a response was received in a dismissive tone and the phone was hung up.
I think that such behavior is outrageous for an employee of a tour company, because. everyone's situations are different and we informed in advance so that we could find people for our places.
Moreover, I travel often and could apply to this company again. Now I won't recommend it to anyone.
