The tour "Weekend in Prague and Dresden" was ordered by the Ternopil travel agency "Velvet-KL" 5 weeks before the trip. Manager Lyudmila told and explained everything. In a week they collected all the documents and paid for the tour. Ten days before the trip, Lyudmila called back and told us to get ready for the trip, and the visa was opened. In Velvet we saw an information sheet where everything was written: the program of the tour, who meets where and where, phones, important information. →

Hello. I want to share my impressions about trying to travel to the Czech Republic with the travel agency Algol. The tour "Krakow+Prague+Dresden" was ordered 6 weeks in advance through the Donetsk branch of Hot Tours. Date of departure from Ukraine - September 12, 2010. Two days before departure, the Algol company reported that our documents (as well as the documents of the rest of the group) were not accepted by the Czech embassy in Lvov, due to the fact that the embassy employees were on vacation. →

A trip with Algol to Bulgaria. Despite everything, I still visited Bulgaria. True, with Algol - for the first and last time. Our adventures began in Ukraine. We were given a Bulgarian bus, which looked to be 15-20 years old. The distances between the seats were so narrow that you had to sit diagonally. And in addition, on the seat in front of the passenger there was a broken table (it opened and fell) and a mesh that was incomprehensible in function - after all, if you put something there, then there will not be enough space even for a 5-year-old child. →
