Let's start with the fact that we were driving to Bulgaria. At 12-00 we were waiting at the appointed place ... an hour passed ..... The guide says that they were at the entrance .... another hour passed .... so as not to tire our I’ll tell you right away by calling with a guide. We waited 3 hours. Then a sprinter came to us :) no, no, we rode a sprinter. We went to amstor (waiting for our bus), then to a cafe .... Our bus came in a total of 5 hours. We waited all this time near the bus in 40 degrees heat, because. all 3 hours the bus driver said that he was already entering Zaporozhye (and we didn’t know that we had such a big city). The bus, although it turned out to be not the one that should have been, was nevertheless really comfortable and we arrived really fast.
And the most interesting thing turned out to be already at the entrance to Bulgaria. Having looked at our settlement vouchers, we saw that we were settled in the hotel of the same name, but 1 category of stars less. When we started calling the Algol office, we were told that our tour agent was on the last day changed the category of stars and called the amount paid, which turned out to be 200 euros less than we paid. I knew for sure that this could not be, because I was confident in our tour company. I asked the girl to contact our tour company and find out the situation. She agreed After a while, when we called to find out the results, we were told that the girl who ordered the tour would communicate with us well. But as it turned out, the Algol employee did not even know the phone number of the girl who booked the tour for us and what her name was. e. no one even called. Further, the situation with Algol was already clarified by my sister. Calling the next day from our travel agency, she learned a lot about us from an employee of Algol in obscene form, and when she asked why the difference in the star and the funds paid, she was already told a completely different the amount that converged in everything and no one knew about the change of stars on the last day. They also refused to comment on anything and even send a fax with the date of the order and the amount. To our questions, talk to the girl who told us about the change of stars and another amount , they said that such a girl did not exist and did not exist.
Yes! The most important and pleasant impression! All the numbers from which we called, we were constantly dropped promising to call back. the connection went no further.
I won’t go into the details of our return trip. Because only the drivers were adequate. Stops in the toilet had to be begged for and it’s not a fact that they would hear you, they didn’t turn on the stove, it’s just that our guide didn’t pass it on to the drivers. I personally observed it, because sat nearby. In general, the organization is at the highest level.
The tour operator Algol not only does not know how to communicate formally and be responsible for his actions and the actions of employees, but also openly expresses disrespect for customers and the company could be held accountable for our case. We did not do this so as not to spoil the impression of the rest. But I would very much like that someday they would go through this situation, because. I am a million percent sure that this is not the last negative review. Alas.
