Good hotel location, city center? a stone's throw from the main attractions of Sharjah. In addition to Sharjah, there is something to see in Dubai (one Burj Khalifa is worth something! ), And of course the famous Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. We went on excursions, it was scary ourselves, we took them to tours, we liked it.

By the way, the hotel is far from the beach, but there is a swimming pool, sometimes even better than going to the beach. There is a shuttle to the airport and to Dubai. Rooms are spacious but no balconies and old furniture. The staff is friendly, fluently speaks Russian.

just returned with my son from a holiday at this hotel! if you don’t have excessive requirements and you prefer to relax on a budget, you are here ! ! everything is very decent: every day you are taken to the beach and taken back (free of charge), you get a beach towel at the reception and return it back upon return, the food in the restaurant is very decent tasty and quite varied.

I am surprised by the requests of some people for whom two or three types of porridge for breakfast are not enough! probably at home they eat assorted 5-10 types of cereals....and besides this, juices and fruits and omelettes and meat, well, where else can it be? ? we had half board, very convenient: returned from the sea, washed, rested - and to the restaurant! lunch: well, about 4 types of hot, cream soups are always different, salads, fruits, etc. just great! ! then you can drive to Dubai, the same hotel bus will take you at 16:00 and pick you up at 21:00 in Dubai and return you back. if you don't want to - go wander, walk, shop, etc. there is something to do! in the evening you can have a cheap meal somewhere in a cafe or restaurant, or buy food in a supermarket. Their products are very tasty. Fridge, microwave, kettle in the room. tea is served every day. coffee. shampoo in the bathroom. gel. body cream, disposable toothbrush with paste, razor and shaving cream. very clean, daily cleaning, change of towels, returning from the beach - cleanliness and smells delicious! ! Tips were left of course, but very little: approximately
1-2 dollars, and then it's up to you, in general, everything is great! When I read reviews about this hotel before the trip, I was upset. But in fact, everything is fine, our company is delighted. I have been to many places, and I can say that everything here is at a very decent level for little money. Good luck!! ! and have a good rest!

Dear tourists! I had a rest this autumn in Sharjah, settled in the Al Bustan Hotel Flats 4 *, well, in fact, there are not 4 but 3 stars) I want to say that before leaving, I was very embarrassed by the small number of reviews about the hotel, and if they were, they were extremely negative, they talked about terrible and terrible Pakistanis and Indians who, on the street where the hotel is, sell used furniture and etc.

Dear tourists!
I had a rest this autumn in Sharjah, settled in the Al Bustan Hotel Flats 4 *, well, in fact, there are not 4 but 3 stars)
I want to say that before leaving, I was very embarrassed by the small number of reviews about the hotel, and if they were, they were extremely negative, they talked about terrible and terrible Pakistanis and Indians who, on the street where the hotel is, sell used furniture and etc. and so on... So I want to say that these are normal stores with sellers who will not touch and offend you. =)
The fact is that in Sharjah, all the streets are dedicated to some kind of craft) There are streets of mobile phones, travel agencies, clothing souvenir shops . .
The hotel is located almost in the center of the city, 7 minutes walk to the money exchange point, and to the huge Mega Mall shopping center. At first, of course, I went by taxi (min. fare for the trip is 10 derhams), but then I went for a walk))
I only paid for breakfast on the tour, the food, of course, is a little specific and unusual, everything was cooked according to their traditions, but I want to say that everything was pretty tasty)) The staff in the restaurant is friendly and attentive))
I often ordered food to the room, everything is sooooo tasty for very little money, a huge plate of lasagna bolognese costs only 15 derhams . .
The staff at the hotel is very good, they always tell you how to get there . . A big surprise was the presence of a shuttle - in the morning to the beach (there are a lot of Russians, there are a lot of different hotels near the beach, the water is cool, very clean and the beach is also clean . . ) and at 4 bus to Dubai, although it stops at the square, where literally getting off the bus, a lot of sellers attack you and thrust booklets at you with shouts BUY FUR BUY FUR . . but I think you can survive this)
The hotel pool is also clean, the room is quite large, the living room has a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV with Russian channels, a hairdryer, an iron, everything is in the room. And a room with a huge double bed, wardrobe. . . clean, tidy, everything is in Arabic style . . of course, the renovation in the bathroom left much to be desired, but you are not going to wallow in the bathroom, but to ride around the Emirates))
In general, a hotel for those who do not need pathos, luxury, etc. , etc. . who came for the impressions of the trip and the beauty of the Emirate, and if something does not suit you, check into the Radisson or other hotels like Burj Al Arab)
