We come to the hotel 7 times, every year it gets worse. We are currently at the hotel. Due to Ramadan, dinner was moved from 18:30 to 20:00. At 19:00, Muslims are invited to dinner, and the rest of the tourists go to dinner at 20:00 for what is left. Dishes at dinner have become significantly smaller compared to previous years. It is very unpleasant for me that Muslims dine first, and then all the other tourists. Last year we also got into Ramadan, but there was no such division. They all went to dinner together. And now come and be content with what's left. New dishes are not taken out. The beach is rarely cleaned, after a small storm there was a real garbage dump. Vacationers themselves carried large garbage to the shore. Later, a worker appeared who began to PRETEND that he was cleaning the beach. Complete disappointment with this hotel. Two huge insects (such as giant cockroaches) of 7 centimeters appeared in the room. I showed the photo to the reception - they apologized, they overpowered me to another room. The main problem of the hotel this year is the restaurant: few waiters, few desserts, few fruits, dirty dishes stand on the tables for 15 minutes. Waited 10 minutes for a free table for breakfast. There is no service.
