We rested from April 16 to April 23.2017 at the Lords Hotel Sharjah 4 *. The hotel is good, cleaned daily, if you leave a tip, they tried even more. We had HB meals (breakfast + dinner), but they were allowed to change dinner with lunch. The food was delicious, but monotonous. The hotel staff is friendly and polite. But they do not speak Russian well, although only Russian tourists lived in the hotel.
The hotel area is not large, there is a pool, but there are not many sunbeds around it, there is a mini pool for children. There is a souvenir shop on the territory of the hotel, this is the nearest place where you can buy any souvenirs, t-shirts, hats, bags, etc. Walk 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket.
The hotel does not have its own beach. There are several options: either you buy a pass at the reception of our hotel, to the beach of the Beach Hotel, (standing opposite), for 30 dirhams for the whole day (sunbeds, umbrellas), or a free beach, located to the right of the hotel, walk 8-10 minutes . For holidays with children, it is better to choose a hotel with its own access to the beach, because it is not very convenient to go to someone else's beach with a child.

The tour was booked directly at the hotel. The guide at the counter told everything with some tension. All information had to be asked for. But we did not pay much attention to this and purchased an excursion to Abu Dhabi. But in vain, since the whole tour was in the same vein: the guide was incompetent, he spoke very slowly and monotonously, we could not hear anything not on the bus, not at the objects. We really liked the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, especially the Sheikh Check-In Mosque, but we would have liked it even more if it were not for the boring guide.
In Sharjah, it is better to choose a taxi with a green roof - these are local taxis, they know the road better and are more honest in terms of payment. On a red taxi, there is a high probability that taxi drivers will give you a ride, not knowing the way and winding you up on the meter.
Were in many shopping centers in Sharjah, but most of all I liked the City Center.
