The hotel is old but that's not the point. Apparently the general manager of the hotel decided to save on everything. So water is brought to the room only once on the day of arrival. I was in many countries in five-star hotels and there was always water even in non-hot countries. In this hotel it is offered to buy water 14 times more expensive than in a supermarket. And this despite the fact that the prices of the hotel are not low. And this stinginess in everything. They came up with a whole puzzle with the delivery and receipt of towels, they came up with fixed prices for a hotel taxi, which is one and a half times more expensive than usual. No one orders a taxi at the hotel, they all take it from the shopping center. The staff pretends to be polite, but does nothing. You can call and ask for something to bring, they will say "yes", but after that nothing will happen. Periodically, the staff is still rude. The area is not bad but the hotel needs to be renovated. Its worn windows are annoying. Its price is 3.5 or 4 stars but not five.
