ABOUT THE HOTEL: an excellent new hotel, located on the first coastline, opened in mid-2021. Everything is new, modern. Huge plasma at the reception - 20 meters diagonally. Basically, the public of the hotel are Americans, many elderly Germans, French. There were quite a few Russian speakers at the time when we arrived
ROOMS: in the rooms - smart home - at the entrance to the room - implemented by a touch panel - controlling the light, climate in the room... the same touch panel is present on the headboard. Not a bad design of the rooms, ice TVs Samsung 55 diagonal with YouTube. which is very convenient - the hotel schedule is also sewn into the menu.
POOL: Unfortunately there is only one pool and it is relatively small. Water and bottom heated. In winter - and we went exactly at the height of winter - it copes well with all visitors. Nice view from the pool - blends in with the horizon of the bay - very modern - and well thought out by the designers. Enough space for everyone - despite the load of the hotel. Towels are issued and accepted both at the pool and on the beach.
FOOD: everything is very tasty, a lot of meat, chicken, duck. . . fried, boiled, grilled. Lots of tasty salads with and without meat. Tasty cooked fish (both fried and smoked), french fries, lots of sauces, yoghurts. Fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, kiwi, plums. From drinks - juices... apple, orange, pineapple, cola, fanta, soda - schweppes from jars - poured on bars. There are coffee machines with good coffee. A separate nishtyak is seafood - alternating every day. One day there were fried squid rings. The second is shrimp. The third is seafood dishes - squid-scallops-octopus-shrimp. A special neshtyak is freshly prepared delicious pizzas that are cooked both for lunch and dinner - I take it straight from the oven - and put it on the table - it's very tasty and nice that this hotel has such a nishtyak. That is, you can eat slowly and with pleasure. You will not remain hungry - and even enjoy the meal - which you will not find in every hotel, and even more so not in every four.
DRINKS AND ALCOHOL: in general, among the alcoholic drinks included in the all inclusive, several cocktails, Amstel beer in cans, cola, fanta, tea, coffee... there are a lot of other drinks - but this is for money - and the price tag is normal - foreigners take it without sadness... too expensive for me. . .
CHILDREN'S ENTERTAINMENT: there is a room with two girls who can look after your kids - entertain - our children liked it - they came out happy - with some kind of paper masks on their heads in the form of a dragon and a watermelon) despite the fact that these girls spoke only English, and our the children do not know him - a six-year-old daughter and an eight-year-old son were satisfied - we realized that they were engaged there. Also next to the pool there is a playground with a slide. There are mostly kids hanging out with each other.
BEACH: large enough, but very little sand - hard surface - falling on such sand from a running start is dangerous - the islands on which the hotel is built are artificial - there is sand - but its layer leaves much to be desired. This is not particularly critical - but I would like more sand. Entry into the water is comfortable with children, you can swim.
STAFF: everyone is trying, they are doing their job, that is, there were no jambs on organizational issues from their side.
FROM THE MINUSES: the main disadvantage is the fascist mask regime... which greatly tarnished the impression of the rest and the hotel... at the reception they will not talk to you without a damn mask. This can somehow be understood - in quotation marks - these are the rules of the country with a show-off, everything is strict with this. But in a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner - if, for example, you eat at the table and you suddenly need a glass of water or cutlery that is a meter from your table. You have a mouth... for example, fatty or sweet, etc. you have to put a damn mask on your dirty mouth and only get up from the table in it and go get yourself some water or a crust of bread. If you do not do this, they will immediately approach you and tell you very seriously - they will order you to put on a mask - I tried to object to them several times - but they told me in no uncertain terms that I would now have problems if I did not put on a mask.
EXAMPLE NUMBER TWO - in the evening we sit with my wife and children in the lobby - listen to the evening performance of a saxophonist - I drink tea - my wife has a cocktail - the mood is good, the impression from the saxophone playing and from the evening... very positive. Then my six-year-old daughter comes up to the bar and asks for a fanta. Naturally, they don’t hear her because the bar has a lot of adult uncles and aunts. I get up from the table - which is two meters from the bar, I go up to the barmaid and politely ask - in English to pour a fanta for the child - the barmaid changes her face and demands to wear a mask - I explain to her - that fanta is not for me, but for a little child who stands nearby and cannot understand anything - why they don’t give him a drink. I explain once again that they serve not me, but the child - that he needs a fanta, not me as an adult - and that children do not have to wear a mask... but our unfriendly dialogue did not come to anything - except for negative impressions, a ruined evening and a frustrated kid who wasn't allowed to drink because of some fucking mask that he didn't need to wear in order to be served by the hotel staff. So if you want to feel yourself in a comfortable concentration camp, this hotel is for you.
MORE FROM THE MINUSES: beautiful new elevators - with a damn card system - they only give two cards - and children in such an elevator without a card will not be able to climb or go down. This card system does not work correctly - it doesn’t work all the time - it works at random - it sees the card, it doesn’t see it - in general, everyone suffers with elevators.
IN GENERAL RESULT... the hotel is good - especially for the four, from the minuses - there is little sand on the beach, the elevator system is not well-functioning, and the damn fascist mask regime! If masks do not bother you, then there is no problem! If you came to relax and you like to be commanded and threatened with problems if you forgot to wear a mask - you are here!
