The hotel is actually not bad, if you sit in an air-conditioned room, far from civilization, as they say there is an alcohol market, Moscow prices, but the products are really imported, for example Pironi Italy beer in its original package of 24 pcs. For 147 dirhams, but the beach is in the ass from the hotel, no one warns that you need to take tickets and a ticket for a towel, buses run from 9 00 and there are 4 of them a day, frenzied women with oncological legs storm, at dinner there are an insanely many people and motley, can get nasty and even hit.

The hotel, one might say, is not in the city itself, but on its outskirts, in an industrial zone. Passports were taken away upon check-in and issued after payment of a hotel fee of 15 dirhams per room. You can pay by card.
The hotel lives up to its stars. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day. Of the amenities: daily bottles of water, tea and coffee (of course, instant), electric kettle, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, TV, WiFi. Bathrobes are provided upon request. Of the troubles, this is the door to the next room, respectively, with absolute audibility. A relative nuisance is the view from the window.
Buffet (a lot of things, you can’t list everything - you won’t stay hungry: fruits, yogurts, herbs, jams, freshly prepared scrambled eggs, sausages, eggs, muffins, coffee, milk, juices, olives, etc.
The menu is extensive but repeats every day.
Bus to the beach (beach at another hotel, which, like our hotel, is part of the Bin Majid Hotels & Resorts system). The bus is small, seats 25, not the first freshness. Takes, as indicated everywhere, only sedentary. If there are not enough seats, then the bus returns (15-20 minutes) and picks up the rest. Bus on schedule. Take a pass to go to the beach (they check and pick it up at the entrance of the beach) and a ticket for a towel (they give out a towel on the beach itself and return the ticket after returning the towel) to the reception. I didn’t try to pass without a pass, but without a coupon for a towel, you can get a towel by persuading a smiling worker. On the beach there are sunbeds, there is a pool, there are also sunbeds. Inside the pool there is a bar - they pour it to other hotels that have all-inclusive. But they don’t look too closely and you can treat something for free. There is a small water center with slides. There are water activities such as "bananas", scooters and the like.
There is an animator on the beach, moreover, Russian-speaking and Russians on the beach are the overwhelming majority.
Back by taxi (there are cars at the exit from the beach) - 17 dirhams.
On the overpass across the road, the store is 300 steps away, but the approach to the overpass is on the sand. The store is sloppy, there are almost no prices for every purchase, you have to run to the checkout and look at the price. There is a Pakistani cafe nearby. Another store on the other side of the hotel is 800 steps away.
The nearest large store Al Hamra Mall (Al Hamra Mall), by taxi 12 dirhams. Two floors, like an ordinary mall - boutiques, food, currency exchange, ATM, Spinneys store.
The remoteness of the hotel from the beach is quite conditional. The only thing that is inconvenient is that if you come once, then the second time, for example, after dinner, you no longer want to go there.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the pool. It is indicated that in the evening it is closed, and in the daytime it was "not convenient" to go there.
Downstairs there is a lot of things to eat, and shop, and relax!
Loved the gym! Lots of equipment and brand new! Water and towels available! Don't forget sportswear and shoes!
Bath is a bit run down. Not in the sense of cleanliness and order, but in the sense of readiness. The temperature is low (65) and it is probably maintained not by the service personnel, but by the customers. You have to turn on the heating yourself and wait for it to warm up. The fireplace is not laid with stones and bare heating elements stick out. There is also a watering can and from it directly on the heating elements of the "well-wishers" they pour water. It becomes warmer due to evaporation and, as a result, it becomes not dry but humid.
The attendants are lazy (they do not show initiative), but they are executive.
After the bath, they offer hot tea - tasty and pleasant, although from bags.
Bottom line: the hotel is not very suitable for a beach and recreational holiday. In the layout that we had, the hotel is comfortable and you can comfortably spend time in it. From the wishes I would like a round-the-clock pool!

But every house has all this, why the hell should you go where.
Now what we don’t have: the beach is 2 km across the desert, it’s unrealistic to walk, they take buses, but sometimes there is a crowd. The beach is not bad, sandy shore, high tide, pool, palm trees, everything is there, you can sunbathe and swim. Arriving early, you can choose a sunbed to your liking. Weekends are a little more difficult.
We traveled to Dubai by ourselves, by bus, transportation costs 30 USD, everything is easy and simple. Well, we still speak English. If you don't, you can just google it. Everyone looked at the old city, the gold market, Dubai Marina, took the monorail to the Palm Jumeirah to the water park, and of course the Dubai Mall and the fountain show.
The hotel itself is dull in the evenings. But by the end we found that we were busy - gym, sauna, treatment for sunburn, researching a liquor store, looking for food (we only took breakfast) kills a lot of time and effort.
The hotel itself, the staff, the price is not bad, but the location. . .

First I want to say a big thank you for the tours that we took from Victoria (she sits on the left between two doors at the entrance to the room). At first, we almost took an excursion to Dubai from a guide, but we are not attracted to walking in a herd, so as not to fight off the team and listen to stories from the guide, all the more so. They wanted to get out into the city as a savage and take a walk as and where we want at the lowest cost, so we studied, which we are very happy about. We had a great day walking around Dubai, while choosing the route ourselves, what and for how long we want to visit. For 34 bucks per person, a car is rented, which takes you to the sights all day long (a car for 7 people, left at 12:00, returned at 22:05). The next day, we also went through Vika to the city of Ras Al Khaimah for 16 dirhams per person. There are several malls and branded stores from 1 to 10 dirhams, the choice is huge. There they collected souvenirs, magnets and gifts for relatives in company stores. It is better to go on the last day so that all dirhams can be spent. By the way, if you pay in dollars, then the exchange rate is excellent - 3.65. Even in a nearby bank, less profitable -3.57 and a commission. In general, a good hotel, the food is normal, the dinners are delicious. The room was cleaned every day. As soon as we stopped, they immediately asked for slippers and bathrobes, they brought them in 15 minutes. I want to warn you - upon arrival, for each day of rest, you are charged 15 dirhams from the room. This was introduced instead of a visa, although at the airport our guide warned us that they take 15 at a time, and do not multiply by the number of days. So keep in mind. The pool is heated, which is very pleasing since the area is always in the shade. And this is considered cool, because more often they have +50 on the thermometer in the summer. The jacuzzi is good, but not big (4 people maximum so that it is comfortable and not interfere with each other), repairing the walls there would certainly not hurt.

So we returned home after a holiday at the Acacia by Bin Majid Hotels 4 * Let me start right away with the fact that the hotel is terrible, and all the positive reviews about it are pure advertising. After re-reading the same reviews later, I was surprised how I had not realized this before. And everyone we met, from the newly arrived vacationers, unanimously said that they had read positive reviews, but the reality was far from reality. And in order to understand where you are going, I will describe the hotel and the rest in it in sufficient detail. In principle, we, like everyone else, also read reviews about the hotel, a lot confused us, but decided that if there were so many positive reviews, maybe not everything is so scary, and decided to take a chance.
We experienced the first shock upon arrival. They gave us a room on the 10th floor, the room turned out to be for smokers, it smelled of tobacco all over, and it was also very dirty, with some kind of small window through which even the light did not penetrate well, before it was dirty. I must say right away that when buying a ticket, we asked to specify our wish in choosing a room with a view of the pool. Yeah, we dreamed, no one even pays attention to it, so it's useless to ask about it. In short, we immediately returned to the reception with a request to change the room. We were offered another room, but it was no better, besides, the refrigerator and wi-fi did not work there, we had to return again. Then one of the employees was sent with us, who opened rooms for us and gave us a choice. Making sure that all the rooms are the same, we still settled on one of them. The hotel is really located in the industrial zone and we experienced the second shock at night, it was impossible to sleep, there was no soundproofing in the room at all, and we either listened to the work of loaders and the arrival of trucks, or the music from the club, which was located below. In addition to everything, and I don’t understand it at all, music was playing in the corridor outside the door. For whom she played, who would tell me? But it was also heard in the room. So if, after my review, you still decide to go, and you are not lucky enough to settle in a room overlooking the pool, take earplugs with you. Now about the cleaning of the rooms, they cleaned the room every day, I can’t say that it was very good, but we didn’t pay attention to it. True, two days before departure, towels were not brought to the room, we had to contact the reception, after which they brought us just beach towels, and on the last day they did not clean up at all. Also, keep in mind that there is not a single Russian-speaking employee at the reception, they all quit a long time ago, they speak only English there, only one waiter from the restaurant speaks Russian a little, sometimes he is at the reception. And when our compatriots come to solve some issues, they just smile at them and do nothing, supposedly they don’t understand, and our people leave with nothing.
Then there was a meeting with the guide. We rested from the travel company Coral. The meeting was formal, they didn’t really tell anything there, the goal was only one to sell excursions. Well, we took an excursion to Abu Dhabi, the price is $ 50 per person, departure from the hotel at 13.50, actually at 14.00. It was announced that there would be a visit to the Ferrari Club, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the Carpet Museum, dinner at the Hilton Hotel and the date market. "Ferrai Club" turned out to be just a shopping center, to which they gave 20 minutes, during which time you only have time to go to the toilet. Then the mosque, you need to run around its vast territory in 1 hour. Dinner is pretty decent, but you don’t have time to go to the museum, and they take you to the date market, where they bring you to a specific shop 20m away, where the whole crowd is stuffed from the bus, and they offer you to buy dates and other sweets (albeit with tasting) at an overpriced price. Arrive at the hotel at 2 o'clock in the morning.
Now infrastructure. The hotel has practically no territory, only a swimming pool, a road is being built on one side of the hotel, and warehouses, an oil refinery, etc. , on the other. In the evening there is nowhere to go, you can only relax in the room. By the way, there are two Russian channels in the room, these are Channel 1 and Russia Planet. Also, to pay tribute, there is good wi fi, everything is loaded without problems. Not far from the hotel, on the right across the road, there is a small supermarket for workers, with a very meager list of goods and of dubious quality, a small restaurant, also for local workers, where they are not even advised to go, although some go. Near the hotel, at the exit to the left, there is a liquor store with very affordable prices and a large selection. You can go to Al Hamra Mall, by taxi 12 dirhams, there are many cafes and there is a large supermarket, you can also change money there. From the hotel twice a week they take you to Rak Mall for free, you need to sign up at the reception.
Now the beach and the sea. From the hotel according to the schedule every hour, with a break from 12.00 to 15.00, there is a free bus to the beach, the schedule is also at the reception. But this is another nightmare. At 9.00 a crowd of people gathers at the entrance to the hotel, which must certainly squeeze into this particular bus, although if everyone does not fit in one bus, then the rest can leave on the next one. And the assault begins, people almost throw themselves under the wheels. Still the adrenaline. Arriving at the beach, you begin the next stage, this is to find a place under the sun. There are no free sunbeds, on the first day we had to sunbathe on the sand. Therefore, in the future, you will again have to run away from the bus in order to find a free sunbed as quickly as possible. The fact is that, as we understand, sun loungers with towels can stand for weeks, no one cleans them. At the reception you have to get a card to get towels, and we didn’t fully understand the meaning of these cards, because. whether you hand over the towel or not, no one cares. Animation on the beach, this is just the name, it is practically non-existent, although there are animators. Once you will be offered to play water polo, darts and exercises in the pool, and that’s all, we didn’t observe any other movements. The sea was very warm, but not very clean, especially at low tide. Any garbage remained on the shore in the form of bags, corks, bottles, etc. And in the place where the sea had recently been, a muddy bottom with algae was exposed, which was not very pleasant. There are a lot of cigarette butts on the sand, the result of the rest of the Russians, although the staff put ashtrays and regularly cleaned the beach.
Nutrition. There were no complaints here, everything was very tasty and varied. We had breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts are standard. For dinner there was a very large selection of various dishes and very tasty desserts. Of the drinks, at first there was only water for free, then they began to give juices.
Now I want to address my compatriots who are going on vacation. Gentlemen, learn to behave decently in a foreign country, do not disgrace Russia. Do not rush into the restaurant as if there was the last piece left, pushing everyone on the run. Do not crowd at the entrance, it is indecent. And then the poor waiters, opening the door to the restaurant, do not have time to jump aside. Learn to use cutlery, and do not saw with a fork a piece of meat with a creak on a plate for the whole restaurant. Put food on the plate in small portions, stop when you are already full. Do not take several queues, there is enough food for everyone. Unfortunately, we observed all this during one of the races. At first there were normal vacationers, then they brought a whole horde, I don’t know from which village, and all this shame began. The waiters looked at all this with a smirk, and we were just ashamed of our compatriots. In addition, wine glasses were immediately removed from the restaurant and disposable cups were placed for juice, and dessert was served in huge trays, although before that they were served in small cups, beautifully decorated. I also want to say about some vacationers who behave like at home. We watched how three girls from Yekaterinburg, lying by the pool, first turned on the music of Lyubov Uspenskaya on the whole beach, not thinking that someone might not like it or interfere with their rest, then in a conversation they swore at the top of their voices, not paying attention to that that there are children there. And when they were nevertheless reprimanded, they said that they had come to put the whole of Dubai on their ears.
And, keep in mind that no one will inform you about your departure from the hotel, there are no envelopes with information, no stands or any. You will need to go to the reception the day before, in the evening, and perhaps on a piece of paper f. A4, you will find information about the check-out.
I hope that my review will be useful to someone. If you have any questions ask, I will answer.

This hotel was chosen on the basis of price and quality. If you are young, active and do not want to just bask in the sun eight days - as an option I can advise. As already mentioned, the minus location of the hotel. This is an industrial zone where there are several plants and factories. To the sea - by minibus exactly 5 minutes next door hotel of the same system.

hotel of the same system. We only had breakfast. The same type, but excellent. Lunches and dinners are at local restaurants nearby. Of the seven emirates, four managed to visit due to excursions. Next time we will take our daughter with us (but probably to another hotel - as for Ukrainians (non-Muslims) the hotel is not 100% family))) I wish everyone a good rest in "Acacia"! )) In general, the Emirates - a wonderland. My wife and I are happy))

Among the shortcomings is the lack of Internet, for a bathrobe and slippers you need to remind, you need to ask for an adapter... It's time to put a Russian-speaking person at the reception. Since the representative of the travel agency Maruf is just a godsend for Russian speakers, although it is not his job to be an interpreter at the hotel.

And yet, if you are supposed to have breakfast and you are leaving earlier, just DEMAND with you, they are obliged to give it !! ! In general, we liked everything and cozy and clean. True, the beach they take to is not very....the coast seems to be sand, but you go into the water, it’s like silt on your feet, it’s not very pleasant...

We chose this hotel, according to reviews, we took only breakfast, it was enough for us. Everything seemed to suit. Upon arrival at 21.00, they settled without problems, quickly and accurately, they didn’t take a deposit, they immediately took an adapter for charging at the reception, Wi-Fi was paid and didn’t catch well, the video didn’t load via skype, the guy brought things to the room, explained that it was free, and what money.

Breakfast from 6.00 to 10.00 buffet, everything was enough for everyone, come and take it until you burst, which the Russians did.
A set of coffee, tea and shampoos, replenished every day - it's free, there is a kettle in the room.
Bus to the sea every half hour, never late, from the hotel twice a week a free bus to Ras al Khaimah mall. Everything has already been written about the sea, I will not repeat it. Before lunch we dabbled on the beach, and in the afternoon we went on excursions.
In the lobby near the reception, a hotel guide sits on an excursion, the price is two times cheaper than that of the operator. Since there is simply nothing to do in the area of the hotel, we went to Dubai every evening for "furs". An hour there, two back. And while most of the people were wearing fur coats, we were walking around Dubai this time. Here is one of the stores where a decent selection and price of goods: www. gift-village. com
Maybe someone will come in handy.
As a hotel - class. But I don’t want to go there a second time, it’s in the industrial zone. It is better to add money to Dubai.

The motivation for such a seemingly thoughtless act was the cost of the tour. For three, 8 nights HB cost a little more than $ 1.000. Frankly, they flew with apprehension that because of the heat the rest would be spoiled. But there is nothing terrible in the summer in the UAE. Yes, it's hot, but the sea is almost hot.

But all this is not critical, if you do not have an individual heat intolerance, then the rest will go well.
And the water temperature of 32 degrees led our children to complete delight.
Another advantage of the summer UAE is a small number of tourists on excursions.
There is no crowd of people in the same Dubai, you walk and take pictures everywhere comfortably.
Before proceeding with the review of the hotel, I would like to note one more nuance of a summer holiday in the UAE.
This is Ramadan.
You need to understand that this is a very serious post in Muslim countries, so be prepared for the fact that almost all cafes and many shops are closed during the day, everything opens after 1.00.
You can forget about alcohol, there is simply nowhere to buy it in Ramadan, and that vaunted alcohol market near the Acacia Hotel will be closed.
So take everything with you, and consume only in the room.
So the Acacia Hotel.
We arrived at one in the morning, asked for a room overlooking the pool, asked for an adapter for an outlet, asked for bathrobes and slippers. All our requests were fulfilled with lightning speed and unquestioningly.
Hotel.
Really located in the industrial zone and looks a little like a hotel for tourists.
But we were ready for it, and not too upset.
The contingent of guests mainly consists of Indians who came to this area on business.
And in this atmosphere you feel not quite comfortable.
In all other respects the hotel is excellent. I haven't seen such perfect service in a long time.
The hotel has a good fitness room with very good equipment.
Separately, I would like to note the high professionalism and hospitality of the employee of the Muganada hotel who sells excursions
Feel free to approach this person.
Number.
We got a regular standard room.
Safe, fridge included. The main disadvantage of the room is the lack of a balcony.
They cleaned up well. They left a dollar on the bedside table, they didn’t take it. I'm shocked.
Nutrition.
We had 2 meals a day.
Everything was top notch.
The assortment is not very large, but everything is delicious.
For dinner, drinks are paid, even water, for 1.5 liters of water 11 derhams.
Unpleasant.
Territory.
Very small, but there.
Decent swimming pool, two dozen sun loungers, bar, playground.
The biggest plus is that the pool is cooled. In 40-degree heat, this moment was very fitting.
Beach.
Located on the territory of the hotel, the same network, Bin Majid Beach Resort 4 *, where the bus takes every half hour. with a break for lunch from 1.00 to 1.00.
Specially spotted, go there 6 minutes, back 8.
The beach is located on the territory of an artificial bay, because of this, the bottom of the sea is overgrown with algae, on which you walk like a carpet. It didn't bother me, but it was kind of annoying.
The sea is shallow.
It is also unpleasant when the tide is low in the morning, the sea turns into a swamp. Hours after 10 am, the tide begins and it becomes normal.
At the entrance to the beach hotel, absolutely no one cared what we had in our bags, carry whatever you want.
But this is most likely because of Ramadan.
General impression.
Despite the fact that the hotel is far from being located in the resort area, and there are almost no tourists there, the hotel did not leave any negativity behind. It can be seen that the staff tries to compensate for the location of the hotel with good service.
And if you came to the UAE to watch the country and not sit in a hotel, then this option, in principle, is suitable.
In principle.
But I still recommended choosing a hotel with a more touristic bias, the same Bin Majid Beach Resort 4 * of this network will probably be more sensible for a tourist.
From the recommendation of the hotel, I probably refrain.
