Well, let's start right away that Vendome Plaza Hotel is "4 *", this is not true, in fact it is an ordinary hotel that has 2 *. Its advantage is that it is located in the business center of Dubai, next to the metro station with cafes and restaurants. Service at the hotel is good, though not a single Russian-speaking (from the staff) no!
The rooms are clean, cleaned daily and neat. The room has a hairdryer, air conditioning, shower, bathroom, refrigerator, TV, though without Russian channels.
The food at the hotel is normal, albeit monotonous! We only had breakfast included. And when we got to it (breakfast from 7:00 - 10:00) there were sausages, sausages, potatoes, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, tea, coffee, milk and juice on the tables. Opposite the hotel there is a very nice cafe where delicious and The food is inexpensive, by the way, the portions are huge, they always took it in half. In addition, it is customary to serve salads, vegetables, pickles and sauces with the ordered dish, so we were guaranteed to overeat! )
What else can I say, it’s far from the beach, of course, then the hotel bus takes you to the beach daily: 1 - 8:30.2 - 9:30, and from the beach at 13:00 and 13:30. But there are many taxis that cut through the city , cat. relatively inexpensive, to Al Mamzar beach (it is closest to the hotel) a taxi will cost 15-20 AED (rate 1USD - 3.66AED).
However, in Dubai you only have to spend the night in hotels, because there is something to see, and for these purposes the hotel is quite suitable.
Have a good trip! )
