Meals (we had half board) - beyond praise, varied, tasty, interesting, corners of Indian and Arab cuisines - authentic and amazingly interesting, a lot, a huge choice, we didn’t get tired at all in five days, most likely not everything that we would like, we were able to try. It's great that water is included everywhere, it is generously placed in the rooms, handed out and you can take it on the beach, it is always poured in a restaurant. For breakfast - any tea and coffee, cappuccino, latte and other pleasures, quite decent freshly squeezed juices, etc. , etc. I do not agree with some review that there is nothing to eat for healthy lifestyle residents, the variety of healthy lifestyle / vegetarian, etc. is more than generous. But people are all different.
As for drinks for lunch and dinner, it’s expensive and even very expensive, but the hotel is not cheap either, all prices are on the restaurant menu on the site, after all, drinks and alcohol are everyone’s choice. The choice of wine is average (at a high price, a glass - from a thousand rubles, a bottle - from five thousand), cocktails in bars from 1500 rubles, the snack menu in bars is not very diverse, but there is always something to eat. You can eat in one of the restaurants almost from 7 am to 3 am. Unfortunately, we simply did not have time to try the ala carte restaurants - we will be back!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary, the hotel wonderfully congratulated us with beautiful desserts and fruits, it was very nice!
A few things that we paid attention to, but which did not spoil the rest
Somewhere in the reviews there is information that there are enough sunbeds by the pool and by the sea, this is almost true, but if you go out at about 11 o’clock, then you can’t find sunbeds, although employees always help with sunbeds, carry them, arrange them in groups according to your desire, they move umbrellas so that there is sun-shade, everything is fast and pleasant, you don’t need to carry anything. There are enough towels on the beach, you need 2-3-5-take and no cards or deposits.
We already had a slightly tired room (322), cracks through the entire marble sink, chips in the bathroom (you could get scratched), the socket near the desktop did not work, but I repeat, if you look for something to complain about, you can always find these little things did not interfere with the rest.
For some reason, on the day of discharge, about an hour after we checked out and paid all our bills, a Russian-speaking girl called us on our mobile and demanded to check out (and check before calling the mobile - no, no way) it is not clear, apparently all Russians are suspected of the need to resolve issues only through a translator????
And the last thing that “almost offended”. The choice of wines on the menu is mediocre, but we ordered a glass of plain red for 50 AED and US chardonnay for 80 AED (I wanted American Chardonnay) for lunch. They brought two identical bottles of the simplest French wine, one brand, yes, white was Chardonnay, but another country and category. It's a shame, it's incomprehensible, again I don't want to suspect everyone of dislike and disrespect specifically for Russians, but I think that this should not be.
But in general - the rest turned out to be exactly five-star, the hotel is beautiful-glamorous-comfortable, the staff is helpful and inconspicuous.
We enjoyed it immensely and will most likely return. I definitely recommend the hotel.
