I would categorize the hotel as a 3-star maximum, not 5 at all, especially considering that a tax is paid at the entrance as for a 5-star one, we also had a 2-room suite, we took it in double size, although in other hotels everywhere charged per room, no matter how many rooms in the room. So in our room it was dirty, the plumbing was faulty, the sink was not only clogged, it was also falling apart by itself. The pastel is good, however, as in all Dubai hotels, but in general the room was dirty. All the time they asked us to bring us either dishes or brushes, they brought 1 each, although there were 4 of us in the room, there were no slippers, bathrobes in the room either, despite the fact that the hotel claims to be a Spa hotel, this is somehow strange .
Breakfasts are boring and meager, in general, the staff seems to be dissatisfied all the time, no one is obliged to grow up, but nevertheless, in the hotels of the UAE, I observed this for the first time. For the view from the window, we paid an additional $ 225 to the tour operator in Kazakhstan, the view is beautiful, only if the windows were still clean. We also requested a room with a balcony, but on site we were told that there were no available rooms with balconies. Here, of course, there are claims to the tour operator, but still keep in mind that this can also be the case. Well, we booked there initially for a few days only. I have never written reviews, especially negative ones, just when choosing a hotel, I bought into the reviews on this site. Just for information.
