We went to Dubai for the first time for 2 weeks in December 2012, in order to bask in the sun and get to know the city. We chose the Rash in hotel, an economy option in the city's shopping center, next to the metro station (№25) Al Fahidi (100m). It took 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. We checked in quickly, didn’t pay anything extra. The staff is very polite and attentive. We were lucky with the room (721), entrance hall, spacious room with carpet, dressing table, huge bed with 2 bedside tables, stand and chair kitchen with refrigerator, TV, table and sofa. Air conditioning. Shower with hot and cold water. an adapter from American (3-pin) to European for 10 dirhams (drm) and know the problems.
I want to say right away that there are no pools in the hotel. In the evening from 21.00 to 3 am Disco for Africans, also an Indian disco bar for youth on the 0th floor and on the 1st floor an Indian bar-restaurant with a show program. On floors 2-4 in the rooms you can hear the music, almost no higher.
Food store 50m to the left of the hotel and around the corner to the right at 150m. Prices for dairy and seafood are cheaper than in Kyiv.

Juices, fruits and sweets are mostly cheaper than ours.
By the way, it is better to change the currency ($100 -366 AED) in banks or exchange offices near the metro. In the hotel, they change $ 100 for 350 AED.

We had a wonderful rest. A lot of positive and impressions from the trip. For all the time we have not seen a single homeless or drunk. The people are very friendly and polite. I agree with many that this is the safest place in the world, where a lot of things are considered the best of the best. only 41 years old!
