Firstly, there is no transfer to the sea. Pool - no. Of course, they found a way out of this. But to Al Mamzar (the beach is GORGEOUS) about 30 dirhams. If 4 people, then it seems like a little. But if you go alone, together, it's expensive. Al Riga metro station (something sounds like this in Russian) 6 minutes walk. The staff does not know Russian, download the translator and communicate very well with them. Dinners (we took) are very cool. Breakfast - buffet, and dinner individually. But very worthy.
The windows don't open in the rooms. . . something like that. And in general the rooms are "whole". The Deira area also suits, especially since the price here is much lower.
In general, I think it's a normal hotel for little money, and moreover, this is not some kind of Turkey or Egypt, but this is Dubai. I fell in love with him and dream of my next trip. And most importantly - take a good mood with you on vacation.
Pros: good service
the staff is always open to communication, positive attitude
the food is excellent
the rooms are cozy
cleaning every day
minus: hot water is either from 7 to 8 pm, or at 10 pm . . The rest of the time it is just warm.
And now in more detail:
We arrived on February 22 in the morning, literally in 40 minutes we went through customs, after another half an hour we were already at the hotel. basic English is required). We asked for a room with one double bed and not on the first floors, as I initially read on the Internet that music was heard on the first floors at night on the first floors. At the reception they kindly fulfilled the request, they gave us a key, and the doorman helped us bring things to room 613. The room is good, cozy, a little shabby furniture, but this did not spoil the overall pleasant atmosphere.
There is a very small but cute pool on the roof. Although we were in it only once on the day of arrival, there was simply no more time.
Every day at 9.30 from the hotel there is a mini bus to Al Mamzar beach. The entrance is 5 dirhams (1 dirham-8 rubles), sunbed-15 dirhams. The beach is gorgeous!! ! A whole huge park!!! ! in general, paradise) On Wednesdays, they take you to Jumeirah from the hotel. There is an even more awesome beach. They pick you up from the beaches at 13.30. If you want not to depend on buses, you can take a taxi. From the hotel to Al Mamzar beach - 20 dirhams, that is, only 160 rubles for our money. Taxi rides are metered, so they don’t cheat. and 4 because they are perfectly clean.
Meals. Breakfast. from 7 to 10 am. Eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, buns, vegetables, fruit salad.
Lunch from 13 to 15. Full abundance for 3 stars.
husband gained 5 kg during the trip))))
For dinner, we went to different restaurants, which are full throughout the city. On average, dinner for two is 100-120 dirhams or $ 30. There is alcohol in the restaurant at the hotel. We took beer-25 dirhams for 0.5. Alcohol is not sold anywhere else (bought in duty free upon arrival)
Attended the following excursions from Royal Park:
Dinner on the ship in Dubai Marina Bay. Cost $110. But it's worth it. Amazing!!!!
Desert safari. 70 dollars. Incomparable experience. Picked up a chic Prado jeep right from the hotel. We drove to the desert, there we raced over their dunes at speed. Then, dinner, show program, photos in national costumes, right in the desert. Super !! (by the way, there is also a bar with alcohol)
A trip to the Indian Ocean in Oman. 65 dollars. To be honest, it didn’t make a huge impression. They brought us to some hotel on the coast. The hotel is ordinary, lunch is ordinary. Yes, and the ocean is the same Persian Gulf, only warmer.
We took sightseeing tours of Dubai. I liked it very much, Informative.
If you intend to go shopping, then this is definitely Dubai Mall. An amazing huge store, we were there during 70-80% discounts. All things are branded.
They didn’t like their famous Nasser Square at all - the bazaar is a bazaar. But maybe someone will like it. Moreover, the prices are not lower than ours.
Gold market. "Gold souk". Gone are the days of cheap gold in Dubai. A gram ranges from $39 to $49. So not very cheap.
In general, good luck to those who are going to this chic fairy tale city and a cute hotel!
