Очень хороший отель за свою цену Very good hotel for its price

I’ll note right away that I got to the hotel on the last-minute Fortuna tour from Anekstur for 150 euros per person for a package tour for a week. Because it was strange to expect something.
The room is modern, even beautiful, breakfast for 4 plus (buffet), the Internet is good, cleaned every day. By the standards of Barcelona or Paris, such a hotel would cost at least 100 euros per night and would be worth it.
Minuses:
1) There are transfers to the beach and to Mol, but the time is absolutely inconvenient. We rode the bus once, it took about 15 minutes to go, the price was 1.5 dollars, the rest of the times we took a taxi with another couple from the hotel, it cost about 3.5 dollars per person.
2) The surroundings of the hotel are completely ugly, some kind of poor migrant area.
If you bought a tour for 300 euros per person, and not for 150, you would still be satisfied, I recommend the hotel.
