It so happened that we chose the Hilton in Jumeirah and, of course, we watched it based on good reviews. We arrived, we were not immediately settled, at 15-00 only. They settled us in a wrong room, as ours was not yet ready to receive us. The number of rooms is good. There were very good breakfasts. And in order to eat cheaply, we went to a super market that is located near the hotel called Carifood.

We arrived at the hotel late, sat down perfectly, without delay. The hotel itself was very nice. Everything is harmonious and beautiful. Many wrote that repairs were needed - I didn’t notice anything like that, and my husband didn’t either. The room is still beautiful and calm, very quiet and clean. My husband liked the massage, and I liked fitness more, everyone found something to do in the hotel. Dubai explored with the help of a guide from Shan Tours, took several personal tours. Very good atmosphere and magical city. It is very convenient that you do not have to wait for the weather by the sea - the car was always at the designated time, and the guide knows the city like the back of his hand. The best excursions we have ever taken. Dubai experience is mixed but pleasant. We want to visit Sharjah as well, but next year, we'll see what happens.

1. Nutrition. Booked half board. I read the laudatory reviews of tourists... I don’t know what they compared with... The level is below average. Nutrition. Booked half board. I read the laudatory reviews of tourists... I don’t know what they compared with... The level is below average. For dinner - no choice - one type of meat in a bowl, one type of fish. This was not met either in Turkey or even in revolutionary Egypt. After Spain, you will definitely not like it. You don’t get dishes from the chef, with a colorful uncle on hand, no dietary table (for a couple), no children’s corner, nothing at all... It’s worth adding that the cuisine is national every day, then China, then India treats you, and if you are not a fan of sweet sauces or spices, then go home, your fish and meat are in national colors today. In short, lose weight, gentlemen, or go look for a restaurant on the street! I have nothing against delicious colorful dishes from different countries, one might say, I have a weakness for Asian cuisine, but Tom Yam didn’t smell there since the day of Thai cuisine, there was a rare muck
2. We were corny poisoned. On that rare day when we were given "edible Europe", we ventured to have dinner - the result at first, one family member communicated with a porcelain friend for three days. then, having once again visited the restaurant, the baton was taken by another, it is ridiculous to say, a day later, and the third too.
3. We do not feed the child in the restaurant. We took an apartment with a kitchen, we cook for him. But an enterovirus infection was caught in the pool - they drank too much there . .
4. The hotel is on the street, where there is a constant traffic jam with the corresponding aromas. Whoever tells you about a beautiful promenade (we pecked) with cafes and shops is disingenuous....There is nowhere to go out. Our option of salvation is immediately in a taxi - far away - parks, a maritime museum. dolphinarium, everything is in the premises basically... But I wanted to walk the child in the sea air - it didn’t work out, it’s not in the Emirates, here it’s zero for children. The Hilton doesn't even have a full-fledged playground.
I do not like. Categorically. We do not recommend
Good luck to all!

The first hotel we lived in was the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort 5*.
Why can you choose it? !
First of all, it's the Hilton. This is a well-known global chain hotel. Hence, a high-level service, a certain Hilton style.
- secondly, the hotel is on the first coastline - its own beach. There are very few such hotels in Dubai. It's appreciated!
- thirdly, it is located on Jumeirah Beach. There are a lot of cafes, bars and other establishments. There are places to walk!

What did you like about the hotel? !
- Each room has bathrobes and slippers. Good cosmetics. Rooms are cleaned every day
- Breakfast is very varied!
- good territory. Nice to walk to the beach surrounded by palm trees!
- umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach for free!

In general, the hotel can really safely be called one of the best in Dubai! For sophisticated travelers.

The territory of the hotel is small, but very green, well-groomed and cozy! There is no effect of an anthill!! ! At first, the temperature was very frightening - about 50 during the day, and then they got used to it, and it became quite good : ) The hotel is located in a good area of Jumeirah. The area is very clean. The hotel consists of two buildings: the old 9-storey building and the new (opened in 2010.43-storey building. They are connected by a bridge and are located across the street at 50 meters from each other. By location, this is the most successful and comfortable hotel on this side of Palma today. To go to the beach from the new building exactly 3 minutes longer, you need to cross a narrow street with one-way slow traffic due to the large number of speed bumps, however, very different from ours. But as soon as you enter the road, all the cars immediately stop and offer you to cross the road. Everyone is very polite! SETTLEMENT AND DEPOSIT. We were seated within 30 minutes. The reception has Russian-speaking staff. Always answer all questions. We took a deposit of $700 upon arrival. You can pay in cash or withdraw from your card. We were taken off the card at the time of arrival. At the reception, the girl kindly explained that the money would be returned to the card within 10 days after leaving the hotel. On the territory of the hotel everything is paid, if you took a tour with food, then in the restaurant all drinks are paid, including water. But no one will take money from you, when calculating, you will name the room number, name and sign the bill. And upon departure, they will print out a general invoice for you and can withdraw this amount from the deposit, or you can pay in cash. If you leave dollars (deposit), then the change, or the entire amount, if you don’t spend anything, will be returned to you in dirhams, spending them on the last day is not a problem, Dubai duty free is very good. Both prices and range. The only problem is the low exchange rate at the hotel. ROOM. The rooms are large and free, bright, very comfortable and large bed, comfortable pillows. Cleaning is always neat, every day. The rooms of the Residence have everything for a comfortable stay - an ironing board with a good iron, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a toaster, an electric stove, a large refrigerator, everything from a frying pan to a kitchen knife and an electric kettle. Daily updated supplies of tea and coffee, cream, etc. Free of charge. Everything that is paid - everything is in the minibar. There is water, two bottles are given every day, this was enough for us for a day. All this (except for a kettle with drinks) is not in the old building. The bathroom has everything from shampoo to toothpicks. Bathrobes, but no slippers (you need to ask and bring). Big TV, DVD, music. Centre. Three Russian channels. The rooms are fresh, the furniture is new, the air conditioning is good. Safe in every room free of charge. One negative - not all rooms have balconies. BEACH. The beach is just fabulous! White sand and azure ocean! Keep in mind that the best beaches in the UAE are on Jumeira! The beach is clean. Lots of sunbeds on the beach and on the lawns under the palm trees. There was always enough space. The beach towels are large, new, the sunbeds are comfortable. Small beach, cozy places, everything is beautiful. You lie on a sun lounger, and the birds chirp around! The beach is sandy, the entry into the water is comfortable, the place for swimming is marked on the water. The territory itself is small, but beautiful, green. The pool is heated, normal size and next to the "splash pool" with awnings for children. There are some great cafes here. Towels are given out, as many as you carry, as well as free life jackets for children. Towels are optional, you can leave them anywhere. There were always enough sunbeds for everyone, outsiders were not allowed into the territory where the sunbeds were not allowed. Locals and guests of neighboring hotels rested on the sidelines on towels. On the beach they offer drinks, ice cream, sandwiches for a fee. The sea is good. Very warm. Only then did I understand the saying “like fresh milk”. But when the air temperature is in the shade (there is a thermometer on the beach) in the morning up to 43, and in the afternoon up to 48-50 degrees, I would like a contrasting water. But such water can be obtained in the pool! For children, the water at the sea is bliss, you certainly can’t drive it out of the water. On Jumeirah, the water is clear, nothing has been built in the sea in front of the hotel, the palm tree is on the right side. The entrance to the sea is ordinary - sandy. The beach, well-maintained with all amenities. NUTRITION. We took half board. One plus of half board is that you can choose either lunch or dinner every day, which is very convenient. Everything is delicious and varied. Meals in the restaurant on the LP floor, they feed and cook well, a separate table with pork (a sign with a painted piggy), a lot of fresh fruit (all sorts of different ones). Drinks (except coffee and tea) for lunch and dinner are paid. It's nice that the children were cheered up in the morning when you go to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, and the children are handed balloons. A trifle, but nice! Food at breakfast is European, standard. They make excellent coffee, especially cappuccino, there is always freshly squeezed juice and a large assortment of delicious fruits (strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, melon, mango, pitahaya, papaya, kiwi, apples, pears, plums, bananas)!! ! For breakfast there was low-salted salmon, high-quality cheeses - 7 types, real ham, 6 types of sausages, also 4 types of cut meat, sausages, exotic fruits. Well, and the rest of the set, which is usually found in hotels for breakfast: muesli, several types of home-made and packaged yogurts, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens and fresh pastries, decent juices, etc. , etc. Dinners And the dinners are just amazing! The choice is small, but like in a restaurant, everything is of high quality and expensive! They serve several types of meat, chicken, fish, soup, pizza and a hot appetizer - either shrimp in batter, then a male, then something else in batter, vegetables, herbs, salads, desserts and fruits. Every evening, the restaurants host themed dinners - for example, Mexican cuisine evening, Oriental cuisine evening. In the courtyard on the side of the canal, 100 meters from the hotel, there is a wonderful supermarket "almaya" - the prices are the same as in our Auchan, you can buy and cook yourself, but. . . After all, we came to Dubai to relax!! ! STAFF. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. All requests for reception were fulfilled instantly. Everyone smiles and greets, they hold the elevator so that you have time to enter, the tables in the restaurant are served where you indicate, the dishes are removed instantly. SPORT. Everything is good with sports at the Hilton, a modern gym with cardio and weight machines. Works around the clock. In the morning, while it is not hot, you can go for a run along the shore, this is popular in the UAE. ENTERTAINMENT. About entertainment. Emirates is not Turkey or Egypt. There are no loudly screaming animators here! Emirates is a calm, respectable holiday. Near the hotel there is a coastal boulevard "The Walk" with a length of about two kilometers. It has a variety of cafes, shops, restaurants and boutiques. Have fun in big malls, as hypermarkets are called in the UAE. There are entire floors dedicated to entertainment, there is everything you want! Every day, almost every hour, a free bus runs from the hotel, which delivers and picks up tourists from shopping centers. The schedule of these buses will be given at the reception. But they are not recorded, and you may not get on this bus, because you do not have enough space on it! But don't worry, there are always taxis there. All Toyota cars and counters are installed in them. I can recommend The Mall of Emirates. In the mall you can go shopping and eat (take warm clothes in the mall (this is for those who are always cold), it's cold from air conditioners). There is a good restaurant with European cuisine Havanna (so it seems) and there are many fast foods, ranging from American cuisine to Thai. There is a large store, like our Auchan - you can buy absolutely everything there. A very large selection of fruits, fish and seafood. Prices are much lower than ours! Everything is fresh! This mall has the world's largest indoor ski slope. I highly recommend. Especially for those who go to rest there in the hot summer. It's about 50 outside and -2 inside. This pleasure costs about $150 (for the whole day). This includes inventory (boards or skis, boots, etc. ), and clothing - a jacket, pants, socks. It is worth taking your hat, gloves, sweater. Although you can buy everything there. The slope is small, about 400 meters, there are chair lifts, there is a "mop". At certain times, the penguins perform - there is a whole family of them - from small to large! A sea of impressions! You can look at all this spectacle from the side of the trading floor, or you can sit in restaurants! CONCLUSION. We were satisfied with the rest! Of course, there are more abruptly hotels.... But this is perhaps the perfect hotel in every respect. Rest mainly ours, Germans, Italians and Arabs. I recommend Dubai Hilton Residence to everyone. In general, the rest is very measured and calm! Have a nice rest and unforgettable impressions.

Of the minuses - the lack of a disco in the hotel or near the hotel, basically the rest is designed for families with children. The pool is large, but it warms up well, although there is little sun there, given its "yard" location - this is not surprising... The territory is well-groomed - one of the few hotels in Jumeirah that has direct access to the sea and with its own, albeit small, but coastal area! The staff is almost invisible, any operational issues were resolved very quickly. By the way, if you leave the hotel and go along the Embankment to the right, you will find a very good French restaurant (PAUL) and nearby Italian (Dolce Vita). In Dolce Vita, be sure to try pasta with seafood in a creamy sauce (amazingly delicious) and Marinara salad! Have a nice rest!

Moreover, when you say that you do not understand well, they begin to chatter even faster, as if mocking.
2. The reception settles all Russian tourists on the first three to five floors. It's in a forty-story building! When asked if it is possible to move to another floor, they offer only floors even lower. Moreover, there are two buildings and both with an absolutely wretched (I would write another word) view from the window. From the first building, a view of the parking lot, and from the second, a view of the construction site in general. What you call the sea is very hard to see from the window.
3. They take a deposit of 100 dollars a day (they asked for 700 bucks in seven days) and with absolute non-use of either a paid minibar or anything else, for which you can take money separately - in the end only half of the amount is returned.
4. We arrived on the first day at 10 pm, the next morning the cleaners knocked on the door at 8 am. I don’t know what kind of sheep you have to be to come at such a time. However, all the servants in the form of Finnicians, Bangladeshis, Chinese, but not Arabs, do not bother much about this. The sooner they are removed, the sooner they will go to rest. So what, that Hilton. So what, five-star.
5. The hotel has a gym. But you will learn about this (of course) not from the hotel administration, but from the people with whom you ride in the elevator.
There are pluses. It's cleaning every day. No matter how you put the chairs, no matter where you put things every day, they will lie again as on the first day in the old places. And they spray from sprays into all cabinets and rooms from which constant allergies.
Welcome to the Hilton Hotel! A place of eternal paradise and bliss.

We specially took a tour with the expectation of celebrating the New Year not at home, as usual, but in a different setting with new people. At first, everything seemed to be not bad: both the room and the food (they only took breakfast, this is quite enough). Then we went to the beach - it turned out that the beach is microscopic, the sunbeds are close to each other, there is not enough space for everyone, you need to take sunbeds from the early morning (preferably at 8-8.30), otherwise there is every chance to fly over. When we bought the ticket, we were warned that the price included a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner worth $770 for two. Well, of course, they took an evening dress and a suit. It's time for that dinner. It turned out that all the Russian speakers (from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, etc. ) were herded into a separate room on the second floor with a crazy female DJ in her 60s who tortured us all evening with some kind of crap - rap, old records of Michael Jackson, Leli Gaga, etc. , all foreigners were in the hall on the first floor, there was live music and an entertainer who held competitions and entertained people in every possible way. About the kitchen separately - the seafood that was served: tiger prawns, lobsters were frozen and shamelessly overcooked, the meat was in the assortment that is served for a regular dinner, everything was very, very modest with greens and salads, with desserts - trouble !! ! About alcohol - the paid list included vodka, rum, whiskey, tequila, wine; cognac and traditional champagne were offered to be bought at their own expense. In general, taking into account all of the above, the people's mood was hopelessly spoiled, because once again we were designated as "second-class" people, and for a lot of money we would like an appropriate holiday. Many simply went to their rooms without waiting for the fireworks. And a separate surprise awaited us when we checked out the room on the day of departure: upon check-in, we made a deposit of 3.700 dirhams (fortunately, experienced tourists taught that it is better to deposit in dirhams, and not in dollars, because when checking out, instead of dollars, they would have given out an amount in dirhams according to the rate of the hotel, which is much lower than in exchange offices), of which, for some unknown reason, they tried to withhold 900 dirhams (almost 300 dollars). When disassembling, it turned out that it was supposedly for alcohol at a gala dinner. When I said that everything was paid for in Moscow, they pretended that they didn’t understand, since I didn’t have time to throw out the voucher, which I stuck in their nose. But my torment didn’t end there either: I got my money back, but they didn’t give it to me for half an hour, citing the fact that they didn’t have cash. My rage knew no bounds, the transfer bus had already arrived with a bunch of people who were waiting for us, I was being brainwashed with some incomprehensible bullshit about the lack of money. To be honest, it's not clear - in all normal countries and hotels, if they take a deposit, then they put it in an envelope that they seal, if there are no expenses, they return your money from your own envelope. In short, in the end, I had to threaten the police, after which the money was collected by the receptionists almost in their pockets, they didn’t get the required amount, after which they still fished out the money from somewhere in their underpants, which they gave me with shaking hands. And it's like a five-star hotel! In general, the impression of the country as a whole was absolutely spoiled. If they ask me if I will come to the UAE again, my answer is unequivocal - NO!! !

Good afternoon! There is a ticket to Dubai for two weeks, from August 31. I can’t go myself, I’m ready to give at half price or by agreement. Everything is framed, absolutely honestly and decently through Natalie Tours. I would appreciate your feedback/reply. Thanks!
