The disadvantages of the room - dripping air conditioning. There is also no balcony and the windows do not open. Nothing dries. Our bathing suits were always wet, socks did not dry for a week.
Staff - so-so, some scared and really can not help. We arrived at 11 pm, we were not fed, as the restaurant is until 22:00 (usually they leave me in the room in this case), although we paid for 2 meals a day. The guide arranged for us to add one lunch. They also warned the reception a few days in advance about an early check-out, although this is their duty, they did not give any food. They said they didn't know anything about it.
The pool is on the roof, during quarantine only by appointment a few days in advance, so we didn’t get in.
Beach towels - only for the pool, they do not give to the beach.
The food is the saddest part of this hotel. I have never met such a G. It was necessary to choose food from 2-3 points at the reception. The restaurant is closed, everything was brought to the room. Every day is the same. Powdered omelet and Asian noodles with soy sauce. It's okay for once, but every day is already nauseating.
Only lunch was normal: fish or chicken and only french fries !! ! For dinner - only pizza (3 types). I am not biased towards nutrition, but every day the same and very tasteless food is terrible.
The hotel is definitely worth the money, but take only without meals.
