Helped with the check-in and everyday assisted with any issues. At the reception after three o'clock in the afternoon there is a Russian-speaking staff. Lyudmila and Katerina also helped whenever possible. The hotel is just fantastic, not every such level in Dubai can be a competitor. Put five points everywhere. According to the service: the room was cleaned twice a day, the bathroom has a separate cabin, a washbasin covered with marble slabs for two people, soap, shampoo, bathrobes and towels - everything changed and was added every day. Fruit and water were also brought to the room every day. About the hotel: starting from the hall, you find yourself in a fairy tale, I can say this with confidence because I have never been in the same five before. Inside is a small botanical garden. . There is a fitness complex, a separate room with treadmills and another room with weight machines. The equipment is new modern. There is also a spa center, but I didn’t have a chance to go there because children under 16 years old are not allowed to enter, and I didn’t want to go without a child. On the territory: everything is chic, especially since this is a city hotel. Cleanliness is perfect, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is even a pool for little peanuts - it is very shallow and specially covered from the sun. The rest of the pools with a depth of half a meter to two meters. There have never been any problems with sunbeds, they are covered with clean terry towels and, if desired, put a large umbrella. I really liked the service near the pool, when they give small terry towels, which are soaked in ice water with mint flavor. In the heat, it's such a buzz that you can't imagine better. Food: All excellent. Starting from fish and ending with dessert (watermelons, melons, etc. ) I laughed a lot when I recalled previous nutrition reviews there. They wrote that everything is monotonous or not very. Well, if you are friends at home EVERY DAY for breakfast, eat two types of fish, several types of meat, fried mushrooms and sausages here, then drink FIVE types of juices and arrange a dessert of ELEVEN baking dishes (cakes, muffins, pies), and after that another and fruit, I think that you will not please anywhere.
