We rested in this hotel in mid-April 2011. In principle, I don’t understand why the hotel has 3 *. I would give it a solid 4. The location is excellent (not on the beach, of course, this is a city hotel, but coastal hotels cost accordingly). 200 meters away - Mall of Emirates (a huge shopping center, there is everything - from a grocery supermarket and an Arab McDonald's to the most famous world brands). Breakfast is good, a bit repetitive but tasty. Desserts were especially pleased - melons, watermelons, oranges, various muffins, croissants, several types of cheese. Unfortunately, the hotel only provides BB meals. As for me, HB, of course, is more convenient, but the presence of a grocery supermarket nearby saved the situation. Prices - at the level of Kiev, a lot of different fruits, very tasty fresh juices. In the room itself, a constantly updated set of tea / coffee / sugar / cream. The room itself is small but very comfortable and modern. On the roof - a swimming pool, on the top floor - an excellent gym. At the first request at the reception - they bring an iron and ironing board to the room, which, however, are taken away at the first cleaning. But you can ask again))). Cleaned daily, linen and towels - white, clean.
There is a transfer to the beach, but I recommend booking a day in advance, as there may not be places. There - at 9 in the morning, back at 14 and at 17. The beach is the public beach of Jumeirah, clean, with a gorgeous view of Burj al Arab, free, but without any amenities. There is no shade at all, toilets and changing rooms too. Therefore, having reached it on a hotel bus, we took a taxi and drove a little further to Jumeirah Beach Park (in principle, you can use public buses, very clean, air-conditioned, almost empty, but you need to buy tickets in advance - it's best to buy a ticket for all modes of transport at any metro station). Jumeirah Beach Park is a really chic place! Neat lawns, a lot of greenery, trees, flowers, palm trees right on the shore, optional sunbeds and umbrellas, changing rooms, toilets, volleyball courts, showers right on the beach....And the entrance is only $ 1.3. The only thing to remember is that on Mondays the entrance is only for women! )))
In general, the hotel is excellent, I advise everyone, I can’t remember any special minuses.
