Upon check-in: a 3-star hotel, which means that in Dubai the tourist tax (tax) is 10 dirhams / per night for one room... we paid 60 for 6 nights - this is a must for any tourist. We did not come across a Russian-speaking receptionist, but the minimum English. Google translate helped us out. When you check in, you will definitely be required to deposit (deposit) to the hotel - a bill of 100USD or 500AED (dirham)... for the safety of the cost of the mini-bar in each room. Don't worry - they will refund you in the same currency if you didn't use the products and alcohol from the minibar. Of course, it is possible to refuse, BUT then they will seal and turn off the mini-bar refrigerator, which is undesirable... after all, it is constantly hot in Dubai and you will need to cool the water.
Conveniences: were on the 5th floor - a standard double room, non-smoking - although there was a smoking room, minus the main one - even on it you can hear music from the nightclubs on the first floor (until 3 in the morning). Shampoos and shower gels were brought every day and 1 bottle of water, a kettle was given for free, polite staff, every day on request and without request - cleaned the room, changed towels... everything is free - in the price of the room.
The rooftop pool is also included in the price of the room, but we never got to it. The Brazilian shower/regular was very nice. Air conditioning is a hefty industrial in the room, according to the general ventilation system. Polite and helpful butler - thanks to all the staff!
Did not like:
1) The presence of a deposit in a 3-star hotel.
2) Dirty non-removable carpet, well, change it for tracks already - yes, clean them.
3) Outdated telephones in the room.
4) The absence of a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception in the presence of the Russian nightclub "Rasputin".
