We arrived at this hotel at 8 in the morning, no welcome drink or treat was provided to us tired, at the reception a young man said that there was a reservation in our name, but our tour operator did not pay the cost of staying at the hotel and therefore I should make a deposit of $ 1100 for accommodation. Great start. I had to leave all my cash. I was reassured by the fact that usually all payments arrive before 10 am and my deposit will be returned to me. For breakfast this morning I had to pay an extra 250 dirhams, for me my father and son.
After having breakfast and rest, at 13.00 I went down to the reception desk for my deposit, but they told me that there was still no payment. Contact your tour operator. I called my travel agent, explained the whole situation - they promised me to clarify everything. In the end, at 7 pm, my travel agent called me and said that there was an error on the part of the hotel, and I can collect my deposit. For their mistake, the hotel managers promised to give us some kind of compliment. After collecting the deposit, I found a letter in the room stating that on 08/22/2021 the hotel suspends breakfast! A great compliment))) money for breakfast will be returned to the guests on the card. Going downstairs to the reception, I discussed this situation with the manager and he assured me that the money for breakfast would be returned to me in cash. The same was confirmed to the guide from the tour operator. Breakfast resumed 08/25/2021
I previously stayed at this hotel in 2019. There were free buses that took guests to the private beach, where there were changing rooms, showers, and beach towels. At the moment, none of this exists. Previously, I always recommended this hotel to my acquaintances and friends, and I wanted to come here myself. But after such unpleasant moments, such disrespect for their guests, when they say one thing, but in the end it turns out something else - I'm unlikely to come back here.

I stayed with my sister and her daughter for a week. we are from Baku. the service is wonderful. located very conveniently. breakfast is quite decent. cleaning twice a day. tea, water and coffee free of charge in the room. We are very grateful to the receptionist Dinara. was most attentive. the hotel itself is big and beautiful.

Nice.... For Christmas there was a present from the hotel-sweets! They took breakfast - everything is fresh and tasty, I paid attention that there is food (dairy) for children as well. Be sure to have some soup, a good selection of fruits, the chefs are friendly, as well as all the hotel staff. Next time we will go to this hotel with a child and take meals with dinners. Yes, I especially liked the Emirati coffee!! ! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a charming girl with an orange fresh juice on a tray. And when it took 40 min. waiting for check-in to the room they brought us coffee and sweets. Very friendly Russian-speaking Vitaly and Alisher work at the reception - for all questions - to them. It is better to go to the pool and sauna by elevator (read the inscription on the elevator buttons! ) so you don’t have to wander through the reception and restaurant. The area is amazing!! ! If you want privacy - you are in the far pool, if you are interested in a bar, a warm pool, including a shallow one, for kids, then this is the nearest one. Beer 0.33 alcoholic costs 32 dirhams (multiply by 8.8). A serving of chicken legs with sauces is approximately 55-60 dirhams. As for the deposit: they took only $ 100 from us for 8 nights, while asking if we would use the minibar, tel. and inet. A: We said no. Alcohol is not sold in the city. Non-alcoholic beer in a cafe in Dubai costs about 10 dirhams. We took hotel towels for the beach. You have to take a taxi to the beach. As for taxis, Lexuses are 2-3 times more expensive than regular Camrys. No matter how short you drive, min. the fee will be in any case 10 dirhams. Metro is close. I liked to ride a boat in Dubai "Venice", I recommend the spice market (there are very tasty tea, coffee, dates with nuts and chocolate) and a large selection of carpets (cheap), gold (expensive). You can also buy cheap souvenirs here. I recommend trying camel milk in the UAE. Regarding "how women dress in the UAE": in Dubai - as you like, on excursions outside the city (especially Sharjah) - it's better not to be naked. The subway is very cold. About the Internet in the hotel is EXPENSIVE. We found it free in the Dubai Mall - the connection next to the skating rink is good. Initially, understand that this is a completely different world, and not even try to compare anything !! ! Whoever compares always loses!
I'll start with the travel agency. We chose Tui, one of the leading European companies (in Ukraine, this is the former "Gallop across Europe" - there was once such a program - who remembers... ) I saw Tui advertising even at the Barcelona match on TV. the staff, very attentive, tactful, everything was arranged quickly and in the best possible way. Everything that they told us was confirmed by the trip. Everything you need and nothing more.
Flight. We flew-UIA-international airlines Ukr. to go through all the formalities quickly and easily (it seems to cost $40 per person). We were met by a girl with our last names and spent very quickly at the airport (we even drove an electric car while people were walking). Having seated us in the waiting room (offered drinks and cookies), literally in 15 minutes she came with visas in our passports. We didn’t have to do any additional screenings, such as the retina. Thus, after a maximum of 20 minutes, without any baggage checks, we were already standing at the exit from the airport , where Russian-speaking representatives from the travel agency handed us an envelope with a description of excursions, prices for them, support telephone numbers, if anything happens.
I will say right away that we have friends living in Dubai, the cat helped us invaluably - drove, told, translated - in short, they did everything to make our vacation unforgettable !!!
About the hotel. Of course, thank you very much again to my friends, they asked to give us a room with a balcony (we were even ready to pay for it, but they laughed at us... )). it turned out that the hotel was just in front of him. When we entered the room, there was a letter on the table - WITH OUR NAMES !!! ! - and a welcome paper was printed - how happy they are to see us here !!! ! and when we turned on the TV - our names also appeared on the screen - with an invitation to have a great time !! ! I was amazed !! ! such an impression - that they were waiting for you !!!!!
The view from the window was simply amazing + a large balcony (my husband smoked on the cat later. ) The hotel itself is very beautiful! Gorgeous hall, fresh flowers everywhere, perfect cleanliness. Pool, even 2 (we never got to 2). Cleaning in the room every day. Bathrobes, towels, rugs on the floor, everything is PERFECTLY white! The bed was changed every day !!! ! we took them, especially despite the number. And then, upon departure, they deducted a tidy sum from us for this (although there were prices right there, and all the prices were written, we just didn’t read it). But all these are trifles! !!
The food is a separate song!!! ! We ordered only breakfast. I advise everyone to do this, so you are not tied to the hotel and walk all day as long as you want. fast food. For breakfast, we ate for almost the whole day, with a margin. Everything is unusually beautiful and tasty!! ! Diverse.

The hotel is conveniently located in one of the new areas, next to the tallest building Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping center in the world Dubai Mall, next to every evening an unforgettable fountain show, that's really worth seeing, it's something. They take you to the beach every day for free from the hotel, it takes 10-12 minutes to go, but we were there only 2 times, there is such a cool pool that sometimes we were just too lazy to go. There were only a week, of course, it’s not enough, everyone didn’t have time to travel around and see, but what they saw struck me with magnificence and thoughtfulness to the smallest detail, caring for people, I really liked it, I will definitely return to Dubai again, it’s a great city and definitely to this hotel !
