First the pros:
- excellent location: right next to the bus stop and ski train (one way and the other); the city of Enkampm falls into the green zone of public transport (buses), which means that it is only 1.15 euros to get to Adorra la Vella; the ultimate ski train - there are always empty seats.
- great food. Breakfast is simple, a quick bite and on the hill. Dinner is delicious, sometimes very tasty + for dinner included: a bottle of dry red wine and a carafe of water. (Like good wine for me).
- very clean water in the hotel. You can drink cold from the tap! At first we bought bottled water, it turned out to be tastier in the tap.
- for your last dinner, the hotel gives a bottle of champagne - well, a very nice bonus.
- good bathroom. It was one of the few times I felt like taking a bath instead of a shower.
The bathroom creaked, it was so clean. The size of the bathroom is quite normal. Towels (7 pieces for two), soap, shampoo available, paper too)))
- The staff is generally pleasant. The owners of the hotel work together with the staff.
- in our room there was a large balcony (probably 2/3 of the area of the room), unfortunately not relevant in winter))
- dry rations are given without problems, you just need to warn.
Now the cons:
- in some corridors there is no heating, I had to throw a jacket on.
- at dinner, you can choose only dessert, the rest that you bring is what you eat. True, in justification, we can say that the food is of high quality and many dishes are made with "soul".
- the rooms are not big, but my wife and I had enough, we didn’t even hide the suitcase in the closet. And as I understand it, in Andorra, the rooms in hotels are usually small, but you came to ski, and not live in it))
- The soundproofing in the rooms is poor. True, I did not hear any other sounds from the neighbors except for the TV.
- I would like dinner and breakfast to be longer, and so only 2 hours.

All of the above about the hotel is true. For its category, everything is very good. We lived on the second floor and WiFi worked there. I want to say that the town itself is very well located in relation to both the ski lift and the capital itself. Maybe a little subjective (we had a car for the whole holiday)))).

There is free Wi-Fi, although it only works in the bar, we lived on the 3rd floor, it does not accept it. Service is good, staff is friendly, they speak English. The attraction of the hotel is a large, good-natured dog that walks around the lobby and with which the children play. As the hostess said, it was sold to them by the artists of the Russian circus who lived in the hotel. A free "train" with trailers runs to the Funicamp lift, the journey time is 10 minutes. The stop is in front of the hotel. The stop is the final one, so there are no problems leaving at any time. You can ride in ski boots (boots are not allowed on regular buses).
Disadvantages - far from the lift, after a heavy snowfall, the train did not go, and we walked for half an hour. True, you can take a regular bus, but you need to have a change of shoes. The bus is paid. The rooms facing the main street are noisy, even thick blinds do not help. The disadvantage of living in Encamp in general is that Funicamp is the only lift that takes you to the ski area. When it's not working (it's rare, but it happens), you have to take the bus to Soldeu, El Tarter or Canillo to ride. Travel to Soldeu about 4 Euro.
