In 2017, we rested in Abkhazia for the third time. The first time is the same as in 2017 in the Waterfall. I liked everything so we decided to have another rest in the Waterfall. for the first time we bought vouchers from a tour operator without meals, which is very convenient. There are many cafes and restaurants in New Athos where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. In 2017, the tour operator was selling packages with meals only and without options. We arrived, settled in, went for lunch, they said by 13.00, the food was all cold. It’s impossible to eat, like slop. I asked what time lunch starts and they said 12:00. the next day came at 12.00 food a little warm. Just awful. They built a new building and plus a new hotel nearby and everyone ate in this Waterfall. The queue for food, as in the war for bread. There were not enough dishes. washed haphazardly in greasy water. just awful. On the 7th day I felt bad...... And now about the rooms, and it stinks about the sewerage in the room, so when you come in you go to open the balcony or turn on the air conditioner. Just a disgusting hotel. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't choose this resort.
