Again I went to the administrator, who was not there. I rang the bell at the front desk, but the receptionist didn't come out. On the contrary, a man came out from a dark corner with an iron rod in his hands and, patting it on his other hand, asked what I wanted. I replied that I wanted to see the administrator. To which he replied that she was sleeping. The man answered the request to wake the administrator with rudeness, but then the administrator woke up to the noise and came to her workplace. She asked me why I was unhappy. It took me to state the essence of my problem again. The answer was received that the maid was sent to my room and allegedly cleaned everything. I was asked to go together to my room so that the receptionist would make sure that my bathroom was full of water and no one cleaned it. The administrator refused me this and began to be frankly rude. A security guard, an elderly man, ran up to this noise and began to provoke me into a fight, pulling on my sleeve and pushing me away from the reception desk. Then another employee of the boarding house came running to our cries, as it turned out later, it was a plumber. Which I have so long and in vain asked to be sent to my room.
