I liked everything very much.

To begin with, at first we were sent with suitcases to a room on the 6th floor (fortunately there is an elevator), in which there is one bed, although we had 2 + 1 in the application. I had to go down to the administrator again with things. We checked into the room, there was no bed linen in the extra bed for the child. I had to go down to the reception again as many as 3 times, the third with swearing (two girls at the reception, in glasses who, arrogantly, don’t know how to talk at all) The maid brought the linen closer to dinner (we checked in at 9 am) and said that She has a day off today. I made the bed myself. The room is dirty, there are cobwebs in the corners, all the taps in the shower room are covered with soap. The floor was not washed once in 7 days, the towels were changed once. Linen was not changed. Wifi does not work in the room. A resort fee was also taken from a 12-year-old child, as I understood upon arrival home - illegally, because in general it is from 14. In the dining room they mark it in coupons (probably so that they don’t go in and eat again). When you go on an excursion for the whole day, then nothing like a lunchbox is provided, you get money down the drain for paid lunches. The administrators don’t explain anything, they put a bracelet on you and that’s it (bracelets of two colors: red - all inclusive and green - 3 meals a day. The difference between one and the other is the ability to take pizza, pancakes, ice cream in a cafe, and alcohol - beer, from which in one eye (diluted with water) and smelly red wine. Vacationers do not say this, only later you find out from others that you are supposed to have beer and ice cream for the child (also terrible, the cheapest in a glass). Separately, about the services of the tour desk right at the hotel: the prices are exorbitant. We went to Lake Ritsa for 900 per person, and in Gagra the same excursion is 500 rubles. They ride to Gagra for 250 per person, and you can take a minibus for 100. There is a rotavirus in the hotel, periodically everyone vomits. Upon arrival home, we too were treated for a week. In the dining room they are fed monotonously, the choice of dishes is small. In general, we will not go there again. Very disappointed! There can be no talk of any declared three stars. Yes, and there is nothing for young people to do there at all, there is nowhere to go, the nearest Gagra is 17 km away.

I decided to rest alone and chose a not very "promoted" place. I wanted peace and quiet. All this is given by Bagripsh. At this time, it is warm here and it is quite possible to swim in the sea. Perhaps not the best service, but all this is compensated by the hospitality of the boarding house staff, and the room suited me personally.

In the end, I did not come to sit in the room, but to enjoy the sea and the local beautiful views. The food is very good - buffet, ie. eat what you want and how much you want. Well rested.

Good hotel. Clean air, close to the beach. The rooms are large, the buffet is plentiful and varied. The "minus" is that there is no entertainment program in the evening, everyone walks around the building. At least they showed old movies.

To be honest, I liked everything very much, I did not expect that everything would be at such a level. The rooms are immediately visible only after repair, no worse than abroad. There is where to go for a walk, a park, a forest and a large area. The food is delicious and you can say for slaughter, in general, I have never regretted that we went here to relax and heal.

Looking ahead, I don’t go there anymore, and I don’t advise anyone to go there, only bad emotions from the boarding house! And now in more detail: The transfer was made on killed minivans. You feel like cattle going to the slaughterhouse. We moved in on September 13th. Sea view room. 5th floor. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, I had to go out to the balcony all the time to catch at least some signal, while the Internet speed leaves much to be desired.

The transfer was made on killed minivans. You feel like cattle going to the slaughterhouse. We moved in on September 13th. Sea view room. 5th floor. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, I had to go out to the balcony all the time to catch at least some signal, while the Internet speed leaves much to be desired. Often, all electricity was simply cut off in the entire boarding house, gentlemen, this is very annoying... Then at 5 in the morning the TV turned on by itself, so every evening it had to be disconnected from the mains, but this did not help either. at the same 5 am, the air conditioner was turned on... it's wonderful to wake up at 5 am every day of rest...
Ocheg many people were ill with the virus, almost everyone in the boarding house "shit". Fortunately, my wife took the necessary pills on vacation, and for us the period of illness lasted about a day. There were those who kept their child on a drip for two days in a local hospital. At this sea, PPC stinks like . . I smelled rot in the air, in windy weather the smell intensified. The beach is pebbly, there are sun loungers and covered places where you can hide from the sun.
With me, an aged woman was settled in a room on the ground floor where there was a view of the wall and wild dampness. She asked to be transferred to another room, for 6 days of proceedings the case ended with the fact that she had the rest of the days to "walk" in the private sector at her own expense. The hotel administration replied to the tour operator that the woman was a brawler, rowdy, and inadequate. Slander! The administration of the boarding house just fell in my eyes...
There is an elevator to the beach in this boarding house, it even works. But inside, machine oil leaks from above everywhere on the walls, soiled clothes... be careful =(
Beautiful nature, but this is not the merit of the boarding house.
The food is the same. We had three meals a day and every time for breakfast, lunch and dinner they served the same dishes on the buffet with minimal differences... on the 5th day I could not look at all this "abundance" of dishes... We also served "our own "Wine, rare rubbish, don't drink it. Once I had a fly in a salad....Flies generally fly over the buffet and sit on food, no one fights with them . . And you are a nice vacationer, pile on more and eat more often...
The room itself is normal, the mattresses are new, well, terribly HARD. My back hurt already on the second day, and this continued until the end of the "rest".

We chose where to rest for a long time, we wanted something exotic, but also something that would fit into the budget. We saw on the Internet the boarding house Bagripsh 4 stars and we were beckoned by the mountains of Gagra (as in the film Ivan Vasilievich changes his profession)). We traveled with a child of 5 years old, we took a 2-bed room by agreement.

The rooms were cleaned every time we went for breakfast, bathrooms are always clean. Next time we will go not for a week but at least two.

The tour was purchased at the Yarobltur travel agency, it took a long time to decide where to go and our choice fell on Abkhazia, the PSOU boarding house. We traveled by train from Moscow to Sochi (Sochi airport is located in Adler, and Sochi is written on tickets), flew a little more than 2 hours. From the airport we went by minibus for 150 rubles.

We traveled by train from Moscow to Sochi (Sochi airport is located in Adler, and Sochi is written on tickets), flew a little more than 2 hours. From the airport we went by minibus for 150 rubles. per person, they took us to the very border. You can take a taxi, but it’s more expensive around 500 rubles, or you can use public transport, a budget option, but not convenient, it takes a lot of time, as a rule, you can’t crowd your way with suitcases, and besides, you’re lucky to the Cossack market, and from it to border on foot for about 2 km. We chose the golden mean. Because we had a lot of things, we did not take water and regretted it, at the border we stood in line under the scorching sun for 3 hours. It was certainly terrible! A bunch of people with huge bales, like in Cherkizon, and vacationers with suitcases, someone swears, someone wants to skip the line, in general, the feeling is not pleasant, of course, everything is forgotten on vacation, but it needs to be experienced. It is better to go by train, longer, but the minibus, the ride turned out to be not at all long. The boarding house is large, there are several buildings, we lived in the main building. Everything is left from Soviet times, and I think at that time it was really great there, now it's not bad either. What I fell in love with is their territory, it’s just a pleasure to walk there: palm alleys, unique subtropical ones, there are no problems with crossing the border. Yes, and the border there is only one name, some kind of disgrace, a twister as before at the checkpoint, and a shabby booth, they look at your passport, there is nothing. Having overcome the border, breathing a sigh of relief, we quickly found plants collected from all over the world, cypresses, magnolias, oleanders and the sea, the sea. The beach is clean, pebbles, sun loungers, umbrellas, everything is free, there are few people, we were at the end of September. The rooms are clean, renovated, TV, refrigerator, balcony overlooking the park and the sea. There is, of course, no service. When we arrived, there was not even toilet paper in the room, you see, they ran out of it, and we had to go to the store and buy it. Then they got paper, they brought it to us. Fortunately, there are shops, a local market, where you can buy everything you need, if anything. Inside the boarding house is an oasis, large plants, beautiful. Table tennis, rackets, and a ball we bought in a stall on the territory, billiards, a disco. The food is quite decent, and quite edible. As canteens used to be, in this spirit. In the dining room at the exit they offer to go on excursions, which is also great. There is something to see in Abkhazia, rivers, gorges, Lake Ritsa, waterfalls, New Athos cave, and much more. You will be fed barbecue, honey, drink mead, wine, ride a horse for quite reasonable money. Yes, to the money account, when we ran out of cash, in order to withdraw money from the card, we had to go back to Adler, because. there was nowhere else to take it. Without suitcases, we went with pleasure, walked from the boarding house along the seashore to the border, which no longer seemed so scary to us, bought magnets and all sorts of nonsense at the Cossack market, well, it was another adventure. Despite the minuses, there are much more pluses in Abkhazia, this wild beautiful nature, these expanses will remain in the heart forever. We liked it in Abkhazia and we will definitely return to PSOU!

Rested in this institution with his wife, at first I even liked everything. But then everything began to resemble some kind of nightmare. Rested in this institution with his wife, at first I even liked everything.
But then everything began to resemble some kind of nightmare.
Cleaning in the room is done with a dirty rag, and the removal of a bag of garbage, this is the end of the cleaning.
They hammer on the door to get out when it comes into their heads, no matter 10 am or 2 pm.
The attitude of the staff is generally disgusting, if something happens they disclaim any responsibility, and say that it happened anywhere but not in their boarding house.
There is nothing in the room other than a fridge and air conditioning, no hair dryer, no kettle. . .
Sheer horror, this boarding house is not worth even half the money they ask for it.
Elevators are constantly broken! People get stuck, the one that is "beach" is generally constantly broken!
The cafe in the boarding house is not a "fountain" !!!
Ate for 2500 ? , after the room turned inside out.
The service is incredibly long and awkward, and the 10% included in the bill, I do not consider deserved.
Dirty dishes are not removed until you tell them to.
Vermouth instead of whiskey!!!
The overall impression of this establishment was disgusting...
