We rested at the hotel in September 2018 with my husband and child. Separately, about the services of the tour desk right at the hotel: the prices are exorbitant. We went to Lake Ritsa for 900 per person, and in Gagra the same excursion is 500 rubles. They ride to Gagra for 250 per person, and you can take a minibus for 100. There is a rotavirus in the hotel, periodically everyone vomits. Upon arrival home, we too were treated for a week.
