Imagine our surprise when we were told that the room was ready. And then we were told that we could have breakfast. (!!!!! )
But when we saw the number, our surprise knew no bounds.
Very bright, cozy, two balconies, a panoramic window with a beautiful view of the mountains. Wine and fruits in the room.
I wanted to change itinerary and stay in this room for a week.
We had a problem - due to the holidays, we did not have tickets back. We went to the reception and got acquainted with David the manager. He helped us buy train tickets, although there were no tickets at the box office. He helped book plane tickets. David helped organize an excursion to the mountains to the locals. Our guide was a beautiful, unobtrusive, smart girl Ti, with whom I talked for 6 hours while we were walking (this is with my school English), who invited us to her house.
We traveled around Vietnam and changed 4 hotels. We always remembered this hotel, David, and understood that this is the only hotel where the service is not automatic, but real, homely, warm.
