The hotel is new, yes, but that's where the positives end. To begin with, there are no clocks at the reception at all, when they told the chief manager about this, for some reason he promised to put a clock in the room, WHICH HE DID NOT DO. There is not a single Russian-speaking staff, English with a lot of time and nerves can be explained from 1 and then not every day, the main managers speak both very weakly and again, it is not always clear. In general, it’s just a disaster with this, it’s impossible to explain anything, and not because they are stupid, they really want to understand what you need, they just don’t understand. The fault of management, of course. The Russian channel didn’t work for 15 days out of 18, nothing can be achieved, they say the rain has passed, with fear I think what could happen if something worse than rain happened. I didn’t get hot water at all, they came twice twice did it , for the third time, the water itself was pouring lukewarm as always, they show that they say what you need, I opened a cold one for them, the difference is 5 degrees, and I love a contrast shower - I spat so as not to spoil my vacation. They save a lot on electricity, in the dining room and corridors the hotel is stuffy, a little blowing at the reception. The breakfasts are so modest that I want to add to the management for poverty, there is no seafood at all, except for 3-4 small shrimps in a common pile of cheap noodles such as doshirak, meat one kind of something swollen boiled, three kinds of fruit from the cheapest, no variety in general, everything is the same all 18 days, and if something is over, then they report not earlier than in an hour. Somehow I was sitting waiting for my notes. But I didn’t have time to eat, they grab the plate along with the cutlery, so for breakfast you will have time to change everything at least 4-5 times. Dessert, 3 types of the same pastries, and one type, more or less tasty , immediately ends and no longer resumes, apparently worth its weight in gold. I really didn’t suffer very much, I had enough pho soups, but the children spat great (they were 20 years old). Separately, about the sunbeds, there are only 8 of them on the sea, as you like, divide them for 500 people, you need to borrow from 6 o'clock or pay the guards who bring these sunbeds with linen umbrellas and take them away every day. No, like they can be reserved at the reception, only there is no sense in this, since it’s impossible to explain to them that it doesn’t work - they won’t understand. Linen umbrellas, so there’s no sense in them, you burn under them like in the open sun, you get burned terribly, the sun burns unchildishly even after 8 o’clock you have to wash off, but you want to buy and just soak in the shade, so the only salvation is cream - at least 80 well, or go to paid sunbeds. sips are generally big savers, Conclusion: it looks good,
but in fact it’s uncomfortable to rest in it, Yes, I forgot, the mattress and pillows are very similar to an instrument of torture, apparently in order to serve longer they were made so hard that the difference between the board and them is only in the sheets, and from the pillow in general the head flies off like from a ball - I returned home with a sore back and neck and the massages did not help, I wanted to ask for a replacement, but as I remembered how much work was needed to explain this to them, I changed my mind. And yet, the Internet is full d,,, , you can’t speak on Skype in the room at all, you can, but it’s bad, in the corridor and at the reception, but the corridor is wild stuffy (we save electric energy), and it’s not always convenient to run to the reception!
