Bought a tour to this hotel and honestly doubted. The hotel is located on the 1st line, inside the quarter and this is +, because the noise from the passing transport is not heard at all. Bought a tour to this hotel and honestly doubted. The hotel is located on the 1st line, inside the quarter and this is +, because the noise from the passing transport is not heard at all. The reception staff does not speak Russian, and I did not understand their English well. Please turn on google translate. The room was on the 10th floor. The room is large, bright and clean. They clean the rooms to the conscience, very clean, they use some kind of fresheners. The linen is white, it is changed every 3 days, the towel can be changed as needed. Every day the girls report 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee bags and 2 green tea bags, toilet paper, 2 shower gels and shampoo. There is an electric tea and a small refrigerator that only work if you have a key card in your "pocket". In this connection, the food that we brought with us spoiled in our absence.
One of the tourists suggested that you need to take a spare electronic key at the reception, and let it always be in your pocket, then the refrigerator will work all the time. We did so, but the refrigerator was barely cold. The water in the room was constant, the pressure was excellent. The hotel has 2 elevators. The staff is smiling, friendly, on the first request, everything is done right away. From time to time I left a tip for 1 dollar for cleaning (they cleaned it carefully regardless of whether I left a tip or not) The TV is modern, but we did not find Russian channels Breakfast at the hotel was modest (coffee, tea, marmalade and butter in a package for 1 person, 2 -3 salads, Vietnamese soup with pork meat, fried eggs and sliced some fruit, different every day. on sand or a towel.
Near the hotel there are many cafes, shops, massage parlors. Opposite the hotel there are 2 laundry rooms, the price is about 1 USD per kg. Your clothes will be washed within 3 hours. The hotel is high-rise, 20 floors, but there were very few people, it was quiet in the corridor on the floor and in the reception hall. I liked the hotel so much that my husband and I are planning a trip to this hotel again!! ! Many thanks to the staff of "Balconi" for doing their job perfectly, because of which our first vacation in Vietnam will be remembered for a long time ! !

BALKONI OTEL NA TRANG GREAT NEW HOTEL - clean, best rooms on higher floors AND better view and less noise. The pool upstairs is very nice.. STAFF is great, friendly, responsible and attentive We had three children . . and despite the difficulties in nutrition - everyone found what to eat - there were fruits and juices, The place on the balcony and on the roof and in the pool is great for relaxing and it's nice to have a nice family evening there Small problems with wi-fi, but they can be solved at the reception - 2 computers.

We had three children . . and despite the difficulties in nutrition - everyone found what to eat - there were fruits and juices, The place on the balcony and on the roof and in the pool is great for relaxing and it's nice to have a nice family evening there
Small problems with wi-fi, but they can be solved at the reception - 2 computers. The hotel is in the alley - where it is quiet in a 5-minute walk is not a bad restaurant - SAILOR - they ate complex lunches with a 40% discount during the day - delicious - the children did not leave anything on the plates.
Fruit bought from local carts - not expensive and not cheap. Beach 50 meters. One bad thing is that the road is insane traffic.
You can't really walk with children, but we went to the European Quarter a couple of times. Buy gifts, souvenirs, some clothes.
We found on the Internet a link to a couple of useful stores: children's clothing on the 2nd line, opposite the Galina Hotel. Che odan was bought in the Vladivostok store. By the way, they bought draft rum next to it. Accidentally walked along the streets and found a spice shop and it turned out that this is the same Vietfarm. Which we found positive reviews. We bought a lot of tea for relatives for gifts, nuts, but spices were especially pleased. We are not coffee drinkers, but the selection is excellent. The sellers are Russian, they advise very well, without coercion. We were also given useful tips on where to go with children, how to find a theater, and where to drink juice - by the way, they all have it there at the end of the 3rd line nearby.
Rest, hotel, food, satisfied,
