There are no family rooms in this hotel - when booking, they asked to combine applications and give rooms nearby - but when checking in, they gave rooms at different ends - absurd - they didn’t check in the notorious Anton was not there that day - but then they gave rooms through two rooms - this is also not convenient - although there are rooms with doors between the rooms, but apparently everything was busy after spending the night - it’s extremely inconvenient to run around to check the children through 2 rooms! After meeting with the guide, we were offered to move to the second floor of a room nearby but without an adjacent door. On this, having calmed down and settled down, the rest began. The minus of the hotel is that they cannot quickly solve this problem - by resettlement !! ! Anton appeared later, but he does not understand everything in Russian so well. The service is still lacking in this hotel.
The territory of the hotel is chic, very green, everything is beautifully decorated. The rooms are the same everywhere - there is no difference - in the villa-cottages they are exactly the same as in the superiors - supposedly deluxes on the second floor - they are exactly the same as on the first floor - superiors. The rooms are rather poor - ordinary without frills - very small. There is no conditioner, hair balm - take it with you - because it is not on sale at the hotel store either - it is problematic for the female without balm and conditioner.

The food is ordinary - a buffet - but it feels like a very sorry meal - at the end of the dish it may not be replenished - by the end of breakfasts and dinners there will be a meager set, of course we did not go hungry. Fruits gave every day very tasty pineapples, watermelons, papaya, dragon.
Air conditioners are only in the rooms - they are nowhere else, neither in the lobby nor in the restaurant - there are fans everywhere, but in the heat it does not save!
The beach is beyond praise - gorgeous! The sand is a smooth entrance, the morning is clean and the sea is calm, in the afternoon waves may appear and nail garbage from the sea (thrown from boats and residents (bags, packages, wrappers). The water is very warm 34 degrees who love warm water! We went to Winpearl there 29 too not cold but pleasantly refreshing. There are showers for rinsing, there are enough sunbeds - there are spare ones in case of emergency. There is only one pool, there is a children's area and there is a jacuzzi. The water is also warm - not chlorinated - there is no smell. Towels are issued by appointment at the pool!
We rested from May 14 to May 25, it was hot - stuffy like in a bathhouse. We didn’t see rain at night, probably there was once, but it’s hot and sunny!
There is a free transfer from the hotel to Nha Trang - you need to sign up in advance - according to the schedule - at 09-00 there at 14-00 back - the bus stops at the Nha Trang center - there is a supermarket on the 3rd floor where there is everything - I advise you to go there for shopping! In general, in Vietnam, prices are very low, especially in the store. It is better to go and buy alcohol there - if you have not stocked up in Duty Free. By the way, there is no duty free at the airport on the way back, there are shops after all the checks in the waiting room, but the price tag there is almost the same as at home, maybe a little cheaper - but much more expensive than in Dutik - and there is no assortment.

There is nothing near the hotel - if you stand with your back to the sea and go to the exit of the hotel, it is better to go to the right past the SPA and the gym, there is an exit and exit to the right along the road 50-80 meters will start at home - in the first seafood - we went almost every day for lunch, shrimp , oysters, snails, etc. the prices are reasonable - they have never been poisoned, everything is delicious - they came, they ordered, they paid while they were cooking, we went to the next houses there, fruit and beer, water, soda, wine - everything is there. Then he came a little longer, waited for a can of beer and dinner was ready - they took ate with them in the room.
Excursions: Bought from Pegasus. 1) A sightseeing tour of Nha Chang - I advise everyone - it costs $ 35 for all worthwhile places they will take and show lunch included in the price. 2) Nyafu Islands - also not stressful and interesting - I advise. We went to VINPERL Lend ourselves - in the morning by hotel bus - there by taxi to the pier to Vinperl - we repaired the cable car on the ferry on schedule - 450 dong - about 680 rubles - you are taken to Vinperl and there you have fun yourself. The water park - the slides are different - but they turn on at certain hours - so guess what to get everywhere - there are almost no queues if there is a couple of three people - it pleases. Electric sledges - also visit upon arrival and later - in the evening there are already a lot of people. There are various carousels, roller coasters, etc. The aquarium is good there polo all sorts of fish. It's next to the water park. We did not wait for the fountains, we were tired - and it was time for the ferry to leave Vinperl once an hour - the cable car did not work. Back by taxi 600 dong - at least coordinate with the taxi driver in advance. In general, I liked it very much!
Mineral mud springs Thab Ba (Suố i khoá ng Thá p Bà ). Also in the morning on a hotel bus - you can cooperate and pay the driver 200 dong, he will then take you there from the Nyaya Chang center and then pick you up at 13-40 - you will spend time there - very very nice if slowly then just enough time.
In general, they were very satisfied with the rest - the only thing that is far from Nha Trang - there is no infrastructure nearby - although in Nya Trang all the hotels are across the road from the sea and the road is very busy - and even there it is dirty in the city - there is no such beauty as in Doclet - there is no such beach and greenery, it is better to go to civilization several times and enjoy the most beautiful place of Doklet.

Although we liked Phuket more in every sense - Vietnam is still developing in terms of tourism - but Tai is higher in rank, but alas, prices are also higher. In general, you need to go everywhere and not compare, but enjoy your vacation.
I advise everyone to stay in this hotel - especially the free transfer from the hotel - an hour's drive.
