The tour was taken from Pegasus. Rested with family. The hotel is located in the European quarter, not on the first, but between the third and second lines, 5 minutes from the sea. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. By the second week, food starts to get boring, we took only scrambled eggs and fruit for breakfast. Room service, of course, is a separate spoiling moment - towels for three brought four pieces - stubbornly, every day there were reminders to the staff about this, they were cleaned so-so - with laziness, not really. When they left the dollar, they put 6 towels, but it was not difficult for us to contact the reception every day about this, and we decided not to tip for cleaning the room anymore. In order to spend the night, everything suited us, we were rarely in the room, we went on excursions, the beach, we just hung out on the streets.
Since we don’t know how to swim very well, our pool suited us: they clean it, wash it daily - you can flounder, but they just close it very early - at 19-00. Excursions from Pegasus were not taken - very expensive (more expensive than local travel agencies by almost 2.5 times). The currency was changed in a jewelry store near the hotel - Anchor - to the right and right on the corner - the most favorable rate, and in a souvenir shop around the corner to the right - not far. Excursions were visited by everyone, they liked it very much: Yang Bai waterfall, three islands. Dalat, didn't like the four islands. The pool is small, the tiles are chipped, in general, we did not swim there.
Wi-Fi on the floor caught every other time. Only at the reception it was possible to access the Internet at a normal speed.
The staff in English does not understand what to say about the Russian language.

BUT there are so many hotels around it that it doesn't matter at all))).
