We were going to visit Vietnam for a long time, and finally it cleared up with a vacation, and decided to take a tour from October 25 to November 7.2014. when choosing a tour and booking it, it turned out that in the hotel recommended to us, Sky Nha Trang Resort & Hotel, there are no free standard rooms, and only deluxe rooms remained, which are much more expensive than a standard room, agreeing to pay extra for this category of room, they began to look forward to the wonderful rest, but it wasn’t there, all dreams gradually began to break, already upon arrival at the airport. where it turned out that the flight was delayed due to the absence of the aircraft. after waiting 4 hours, the plane was found, and here we are on board, exhausted by the expectation, flying to the warm and gentle sea. The flight went without any complications, our plane landed successfully at the airport in Nha Changa. After passing through customs control, a representative of Focus Asia met us at the airport and took us to our hotels. Arriving at the hotel and checking into the room, it became clear that it was not deluxe. . And since no one at the hotel at the reception understood Russian, and English too, it took a lot of work to explain that there should be a safe in the room, and the slippers in the room were second-hand. (in appearance they were worn by more than one generation of Vietnamese) And the provided tea set included only an electric kettle. According to the schedule, the next day we had a meeting with the hotel guide, at which, in the end, a number of problems were resolved. The hotel guide, who successfully tells on his fingers how good it is to go on an excursion, sold us 4 excursions, left his phone number, and, citing the busyness and service of a large number of guests, successfully retired. And finding a map of the city of Nha Trang, or at least its schematic plan in Russian, turned out to be problematic. After two days of staying at this hotel, we were approached by representatives of the hotel with a request to move to the neighboring Pearl City hotel, since meetings of the Vietnamese army military personnel will be held on the territory of the Sky Nha Trang Resort & Hotel. And we, having gone to a meeting, agreed that breakfast was included in the price of the tour (buffet), but after the start of the meeting of the military, the buffet disappeared. and for breakfast they began to serve chopped cabbage, chopped carrots, poured over with an incomprehensible sauce. After having breakfast three times, the hotel guests began to resent, but it was not possible to solve the problem through the hotel guide. due to the fact that he did not answer phone calls or was out of the network area. On the fifth day of our cabbage diet, we managed to get through to the Russian-speaking guide Natalia, who, after listening to our problems, was still able to ensure that the remaining 4 days we had a normal breakfast (buffet). While at the hotel, representatives of various tour companies arrived there, and the cunning Vietnamese, referring to the fact that all the rooms in the hotel are occupied, decided to show one free room in which they specifically do not populate anyone and which is really deluxe. Finally, the time has come to return to our homeland, where we are so used to solving problems on our own. . But it was not there that none of the guides in advance, as we were told in the evening, did not bring information about the departure of our plane and the time of departure from the hotel. as a result, from 19 to 23, having cut off all the phones, we managed to find out that the departure from the hotel was at 6 in the morning, and that long-awaited hour of 9-00 came, a tourist bus appeared on which we were successfully taken to the airport. After going through customs control and registration, we were waiting for a (joyful) message that instead of the planned 8-hour flight, our plane would land for refueling in Pakistan. And we will get there in about 12 hours. as a result, dear gentlemen, who are going to go on vacation to Vietnam, I advise you not to contact any tour company, but to buy a plane ticket on your own to fly where you can see and accordingly evaluate and pay money for the services provided to you by hotels, bars, restaurants, and not buy contractual promises of tour operators .
