Cons: for some reason they don't turn on the air conditioners in the elevators (apparently they don't), downstairs at the reception they are turned off almost constantly. there is a wild stuffiness (((. Breakfasts for 3 ------, there is nothing to feed the child except for an omelette, all the days we ate one omelet and a bun with jam as a family, in principle, for a snack of norms, without gastronomic pleasure, most of the food is directed for the Chinese, the breakfast is meager and I can’t say that it’s delicious . . I didn’t like the breakfast staff, if you come at 9.15 (breakfast until 10), then everything is empty everywhere, they don’t add juice, you have to look for staff and ask for a drink for the child, women breakfast until 10 officially. BUT (! ) their "trick" at 9.30 they turn off all air conditioners in the eating area... in this way they "accelerate" your leaving their territory, you didn't like it, they create specially uncomfortable conditions (why? ) . . In the morning from 5 to 7 tin begins outside the window (imagine that you have no windows, this is the same thing), under the balcony there is a mouthpiece that broadcasts Vietnam news and everything else at full volume from 5 to 7 in the morning . . at 7 in the morning there is silence. . .
There is no lobby bar, no pool bar (although it was created there, but does not work). The pool is closed at 18:00.
The pool itself is gorgeous, I personally chose this hotel because of it (!!! ) and it met my expectations! There were Chinese, but they were not very many. did not cause discomfort.
The hardest thing is the INTERNET, it is very bad... If something needs to be done at work, this is a problem. Although in Nha Trang in most places there is a problem with the Internet (but on Phu Quoc the Internet flies everywhere, even on beaches where there is no activity in principle).
Would I return to this hotel again? I think it's unlikely, if only to enjoy the pool.
