I chose a hotel with rooms where at least there is a window to the street, the superior confirmed the reservation with a window. We arrived (12 hours) at the hotel they said it was being renovated and three families were taken to another Palma Beach hotel (it is better than 3 stars), after 6 nights they brought us back and STARTED! We all had a reservation for a superior and we are all offered a standard with a window into the shaft, two of us settled in front of us with a paid standard.

We all had a reservation for a superior and we are all offered a standard with a window into the shaft, two of us settled in front of us with a paid standard. but they were settled in superior. Dismantling began, calling up the guide, etc. for the whole day, as a result, they reported that the next day 2 deluxe suites would be free and for an additional fee we could check in there, now a fight has begun between Russian three families for 2 rooms and for an ADDITIONAL fee (5 dollars a day). Apparently the hotel confirms all the more expensive rooms, and settles in cheap ones, they have only 4 superior, 4 deluxe, and 12 standards. Maybe "lucky"also with a construction site that travels around the clock.

Wifi works, there are two computers downstairs. Watched the 1st channel ORT. 15 minutes walk from the sea.

Cool hotel. Simple and decent, If there is nowhere to live, this is what you need. I wouldn’t put stars at all. Everything is there: water, light, air conditioning. tourists, they love it.

We had a Superior Room - a huge room, clean, comfortable, a balcony with access to a quiet street, daily perfect cleaning, linen change, etc. Breakfasts are wonderful (monotonous, however, but it did not bother) fruits every day. As for the staff, they are very good guys, everyone speaks English, you can even say Russian, with a couple of English words, they will understand, As such, there is no safe in the hotel, so they kept all the money and passports with the guys at the reception, They pack everything into an envelope, having previously counted and described the bills, then you sign on the envelope, and that's it.

As for the staff, they are very good guys, everyone speaks English, you can even say Russian, with a couple of English words, they will understand, As such, there is no safe in the hotel, so they kept all the money and passports with the guys at the reception, They pack everything into an envelope, having previously counted and described the bills, then you sign on the envelope, and that's it. At first, it was somehow scary, but then we made sure that someone was constantly on duty at the place, they never left unattended, and fears were dispelled.
The hotel is very well located. There are a lot of cafes, shops and grocery Marts around (this is a chain of Mart stores where you can buy everything you need), and it’s close to the sea, we went 3-4 times a day (we don’t really like to sunbathe)
Literally all bus routes run along the street on which the hotel is located, which can take you to any part of the city - No. 1 No. 4 - across the river, to the Nagar towers, to the Pagoda, to the Buddha statue on the mountain, to No. 4 to the round market, and if in the opposite direction, to the final one, then you will get to the entrance to the cable car to Vinpearl. You can also get to No. 2 and No. 5 anywhere, but they run along other streets and dodge a little. The buses are very good, air-conditioned, not at rush hour, generally half empty. But, of course. It's better to go on foot - there are many interesting things to see.
You can order a taxi back to Cam Ranh at the reception - it takes 30 minutes to drive and the taxi costs $ 18.
In general, a good hotel and a wonderful country of Vietnam! If we come again, we will be happy to stay in this hotel.

Very satisfied with everything. Good soundproofing of the rooms, a medium-sized refrigerator, boiling water was brought in a thermos if you ask at the reception. DID NOT LIKE THE BREAKFASTS - a complete misunderstanding. and when I looked STANDARD ROOMS they had NO WINDOWS. NO BALCONIES. People are so SURPRISED that this can be, but they live. So PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS. Have a nice holiday in Vietnam.
