Chose this hotel based on reviews and ratings. We settled in well, I liked the room, as it was the only one with a balcony, the room was clean, not counting goosebumps in the bathroom. Breakfast is not very good, there is nothing to choose, everything is specific. And everything would be fine if one night a thief didn’t get into our room and steal an expensive phone worth 21.000 rubles. He climbed through a small window in the bathroom, which could only fit a child or a Vietnamese. He traced with dirty feet, and we understood everything from these footprints in the morning. And he left through the balcony and the roof of the neighboring building. The building is close to the hotel and just the height of the balcony on the 9th floor. The hotel director refused to compensate for the damage, we argued for a long time, about a week, and only a week later they nailed the bars on this window.
