We rested at the hotel from 11.10 to 26.10. 2017. I liked the hotel. The room is large, spacious and very bright. Air conditioning, safe, plumbing, TV, internet worked flawlessly. The hotel is clean, no insects were seen. Room cleaning every day (although the floor was not washed very carefully), fresh towels every day. Bed linen was changed 3 times in 10 days. The staff is responsive, they speak Russian poorly, but you can explain yourself. The breakfast is not very varied, but tasty and plentiful. I especially liked the omelet. The most important thing is the location of the hotel: 5 minutes to the sea, there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby, in the alley near the hotel they sell fruits at quite reasonable prices. But for example, we bought coffee and dried fruits in a trusted place, in Vietfarm. The store has been operating for almost 2 years, and the quality of the products they sell has only grown. And they had more shops and began to roast their own coffee. I'm glad the kids are growing. Another moment on the hotel - building. It didn’t bother us especially, in the evening, when we returned to the room, no one was working, and in the morning we get up early, the workers start making noise at 7-7:30. In general, the hotel is quite decent and inexpensive. I advise!

Very good hotel. Located in the center of the European quarter. Nearby there are many cafes, restaurants, pharmacies. We were settled immediately upon arrival, we didn’t have to wait, which was very pleasing, we immediately went swimming. The room is clean, the presence of two windows and a balcony is very pleased.

Cleaned the room daily, changed linen and towels. They also provided free water, tea and coffee every day. The room has a hairdryer and a kettle. The air conditioner works great!!! The hotel staff is very accommodating. They even showed ingenuity and took out the husband's towel from the tree, which was blown off the balcony by the wind. WiFi works well even from the room. The breakfasts are delicious!!! You need to go for breakfast to the nearby Hanoi Golden, but it didn’t bother you at all, it’s very close, to the left of Hanoi Golden 2. I really liked the hotel and the hotel staff, I recommend it to everyone.

Hanoi in Na Trang as many as 4 pieces. 2 stand on the 1st line - I do not recommend it is noisy, expensive, the cafe on the first one is more expensive. And two stand on 3 lines. Hanoi golden 1 has a swimming pool, in hanoi golden 2 balconies are public, passing like corridors. There is no restaurant - breakfasts were held in our hotel.
The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, the furniture is new, no frills. At the reception they speak English and Russian, they understand well. The room has everything: a kettle, coffee, tea, hair dryer, shampoo and gel + toothbrush, paste, razor, cream, Russian channel on TV, decent internet (there were no interruptions), bathrobes, slippers, safe in the room. There are 3 computers in the lobby. Towels are changed every day, bedding once every 2 weeks, the rooms are cleaned regularly. On the roof, the pool is small but clean, one row of sun loungers, a cafe - bar.
Varied breakfasts: pancakes, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, 2 types of soup, chicken, sausages, stew, duck fillet, rice noodles, rice, stewed and fresh vegetables (collect your own salad), stuffed pancakes, rice dumplings, yogurt. Excellent pastry type 4. Fruits every day 7 types. In other hotels asked 2-3. Rested with a child was comfortable recommend.
The cafe is very decent ROCK CAFE, Moscow restaurant, and Sakura sushi - there is not only sushi, very tasty, varied, very inexpensive. Pegasus. All that within the city I recommend to go by bus or taxi by yourself, according to the meter it is not at all expensive. Look in advance on an Internet what and where or at the hotel you are sorented, full of reviews and how to get there.

Standard, we arrived earlier than 2 days, left the luggage at the reception and went for a walk around the city. Checked in at exactly two. They didn't ask for money when they moved in. 1. Settlement. Standard, we arrived earlier than 2 days, left the luggage at the reception and went for a walk around the city. Checked in at exactly two. They didn't ask for money when they moved in. The room was perfect for us.
2. Numbers. Standard rooms are very small, almost one double bed. There are no balconies in this hotel. There are deluxe rooms, with one balcony for two rooms. The window is very tiny. But the bathroom is large and comfortable. The room has a TV set for tea, coffee, kettle. Electronic safe in the closet.
2. Nutrition. We only had breakfast. Very good, great selection. Coffee, freshly squeezed juices, fruits (pitahaya, pineapple, watermelon). Baking, cutting, several hot dishes. Station with omelettes and Pho soup. Everything is delicious and pleasant. Served on trays personally to each smoothie in small glasses. On my husband’s birthday, they congratulated him with an impromptu cake (not a cake, but beautifully arranged pieces of fruit and pastries), they didn’t warn about his birthday, that is, this is a hotel initiative.
4. Service. The cleaning in the rooms is just excellent, the floors were washed, everything is clean, they did not steal. The only hint was a tip. In the first couple of days, no tip was left in the room, until we figured out the rates, there were no small bills. On the second day, a small towel for the face disappeared from the bathroom : ) on the third day after cleaning it did not appear, on the fourth, I already deliberately set aside a trifle, left it and after the next cleaning everything was in place. Friends (flying together) lost slippers in the same way : )
5. Location. In the center of tourist life, everything is nearby. Construction is underway, but in Nha Trang it is very problematic to choose a hotel not near the construction site. The city is being built and very quickly. The construction situation is also changing rapidly. With us, a hotel was completed on the left (the same Hanoi, only two), if you stand facing our hotel, but they cleared a site on the right for construction.
It just so happened that we had to stay in Vietnam for a day longer due to the tsunami. And we were moved to another hotel (there was no room in this). The same three, also in the center. But heaven and earth That hotel was so much worse in equipment and appearance. So this hotel is a solid five.
