To be honest, the hotel is filthy, namely: the carpets in the corridors are dirty and when you first arrive it is very striking, and then you get used to it and it seems nothing. The furniture in our room was really shabby, at the entrance to the room there was a toilet smell. But in the elevators there was perfect cleanliness, the mirrors simply sparkled from the perfect rubbing. Bedding, towels, crunchy from whiteness and cleanliness, they were changed every day. The room was cleaned so-so, the floors will be wiped in the middle, and okay, the dust on the shelves was wiped off, and the toilet bowl was washed with foam when we asked them, although the staff is provided with all detergents. They put soap with a creaking soul, they might not have put it for two days (maybe they forgot). The hotel has a Russian-speaking employee, his name is Oleg, a very friendly, well-mannered young man, communication with him left only a positive impression. Meals we took HB (breakfast, dinner) buffet breakfast, dinner menu. The food is just super, you can’t tell briefly (food for all tastes: milk, Asia, meat, sausage, fruit, dessert, yogurt) you won’t stay hungry. Dinner is a little worse. We were fed like Europeans, they tried to serve chicken, a stack of pork, a chop, and we wanted seafood. But then we explained what we want, and everything was quickly fixed, they began to cook fish for us. We ate shrimp, octopus, squid, fish steak (I don’t know the name) it was very tasty. The restaurant is clean, dishes are clean. The overall impression was spoiled by a construction site near the hotel, before leaving, I myself read in the reviews, well, I thought: think of a construction site, and there is a garbage dump and a construction site, and even stinks. The weather did not let us down, it only rained for 1 day. The beach is also dirty, the beach is located in the center of Nha Trang, and in the evening locals hang out there, they are poorly cleaned. The hotel has its own beach, though there are few umbrellas, but there was enough for everyone, a young guy Zima works there, he sorts everything out and there are no dissatisfied people. We visited mud at the hotel, liked it very much, 30% discount for residents. In the pools, the water is cool and clean, after the sea we also swam in the pool on the 12th floor. VietFarm was especially memorable, because there are Russian-speaking sellers. Coffee is roasted in front of you without oil and packed in special bags so that it does not lose its aroma. I am delighted! And this time my daughter and granddaughter, 9 years old, will be with me. I want to show them the mysterious Vietnam, with its clean, warm sea. Rest for everything.
