Cleaning every day. Change of linen every three days. Breakfast is buffet style. If you come very late (after 8.00), then many dishes may not be available.
Cockroaches were seen only on the landing. There are small ants in the room. Therefore, it is better not to leave open juices and chopped fruits on the table.
There is construction going on nearby. And under the windows of a busy avenue. But from 23.00 to 6.00 - silence. From morning to evening we were either in the city or on excursions, so we did not experience any discomfort from the noise. But if you are traveling as a family with a child who needs daytime sleep, it is better to choose another hotel.
Also of the minuses: there is absolutely no place to dry swimsuits and towels.

Of the pluses is the location: just a 3-minute walk from the city beach, 10 minutes and you are in the European quarter. Hotels and gifts were bought mainly there, not on excursions. Since more experienced and knowledgeable people said it was expensive. They recommended buying tea and coffee in Vietfram on the third street, and the quality is good and the price does not bite, which we actually do not regret.
