Minuses:
1. Disappointed transfer from the airport. It cost $20! It is very expensive, the airport is located in the city. We arrived at night, so we booked a transfer in advance. As a result, we received an expensive, but poor-quality service. The plane was late, perhaps the overlay occurred precisely in connection with this. We sat for a very long time tired, sleepy at the airport, the girl who met us promised that the car would be here, but it was still not there. I think it lasted over an hour. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am.
2. Gray linens. Here's the dirty one. This is a big minus. That's why I didn't give it the highest rating for cleanliness. Although the hotel is very, very clean.

Taxis, it seems to me, are cheaper to take on the street than to order at the reception.
Pros:
We really liked the hotel. Overall impression - worth the money. Great staff! Convenient location. Good breakfasts. Clean, quiet, has everything a traveler might need. Daily cleaning and change of towels. They deliver luggage to and from the room. It is very important for me. Luggage storage is free. You leave winter things if you travel around the country, and your arrival and departure from Ho Chi Minh City.
There is a souvenir shop very close to the hotel where you can buy souvenirs very cheaply. Bargain! )
There are many travel agencies on the same street, if you plan to take excursions or change money, you are here.
Near the park, near the Ben Han market. On the market, you need to bargain sooo much) There prices are initially overpriced five times, it seems to me. It is interesting to watch how the night market unfolds.
