Lazy staff who do not know and do not understand either Russian or English. The hotel is STEALING, moreover, in a big way and from the room. Upon arrival, they immediately stole $ 1.500 and a camera from a closed room while we went to negotiate another room, because initially we were settled in a building that stands a few meters from the road. Noisy enough not to want to spend 2 weeks in a room like this. Balconies are closed on a nail!!! Through it to our room and climbed. With those capable craftsmen who made their way into our room, the staff is in the share. Tasteless breakfasts, the choice is not rich, fruits are not washed, wiped with a napkin, there are 10 people in line for scrambled eggs. Sunbeds should be occupied from 6 in the morning starting at 9-10 in the morning there are no places at all, the beach is dirty with a bunch of annoying fruit sellers and other stuff like shells. It is better not to go to the beach toilet at all! Dirty and smelly! The pool is cleaned at the height of the day, so you can not swim in it. The cleaning lasted 3 days! Terribly dirty mattresses for sunbeds, not sure if beach towels are washed. Spa in the hotel is not worth visiting. . . somehow here they are everywhere dirty, sheets, towels. . . brrr
