Were in Mui Ne and Saigon from 17 to 30 November 2009.

Don't trust anyone that it's good there. THERE IS AWESOME!!!!

A country of fools, terrible roads and locusts from motorbikes that

virtually nullify any movement within the country.

5.5 hours by taxi 200 km after a 10 hour flight - I don’t want to remember.

There is NOTHING to watch along the way, except for accidents with motorcyclists. There are no traffic lights, no rules are observed at all - simultaneous traffic at the intersection

both ways are fine. And in Saigon, in the evenings, motorcyclists drive along the sidewalk.

They don't know English. Elementary things are not understood. In general, either socialism or American napalm made complete idiots out of this nation. Looking for service there even in a good hotel is UNREAL!!! ! A step away from the reception - and no one understands anything, but at the same time smiles - and does the opposite, or does nothing.

To the hardworking Thais they swim and swim - and never reach.

A sea of cheap fish and seafood, but finding a place to cook it decently is a big problem. They remembered Thai sauces - here, at best, soy sauce with a spoonful of wasabi.

Pineapples are not edible - one stump. Mango is delicious like in Thailand. The dragon here is much larger than the Thai one and tastier (this is the only plus).

Of the 12 days at sea, all seven were talking big. Well, so the sand, shallow, warm.

But the water is not clear near the shore - like in Pottai.

They never found a real Thai massage - they have a mixture of Thai stretch marks with an ordinary oil massage. And at the same time with their dirty feet on your body.

Brrrrrr. . .

For those who still go.

The Dynasty Resort Hotel in Mui Ne looks like nothing for 3 stars, far from the center of Mui Ne - but this is both a plus and a minus. Taxi to the center - 40.000 of their candy wrappers (1 dollar = 18.000) = 2.2 dollars.

Disadvantages:

1. Breakfast - none. There is simply nothing to eat, especially if you come an hour after the start.

2. They tried to cheat with the bill - check everything behind them

3. Thai massage done at the hotel turned into bruises all over my back. On the offer to return the money for such work, they said that the back was like that.

4. For a broken cup, they tried to rip off 24 dollars (you can take the whole set for yourself, it was said). I had to yell - and immediately 24 dollars turned into 3 dollars.

Massage in Mui You can't do it at Roxy Spa - there are 2 wonderful masseuses Anna and Muna.

You can eat more or less:

1. Three bears

2. Golden sand

Grand hotel in Saigon - very beautiful, excellent breakfasts. But it is worth moving away from the reception - they do not understand anything. Waited two hours by the pool for juice. In the bar on the 12th floor, instead of fresh juice, they brought water diluted with juice. They refused to drink. Not included in the bill.

In general, there is absolutely nothing to do in Saigon. There is nothing to see, it is impossible to cross the street - life-threatening.

The vaunted Vietnamese coffee turned out to be burnt for testing, and no flavors from vanilla or chocolate kill this burnt aftertaste.

Disappointed Vietnam Airlines - flying for 10 hours without an individual TV is inconvenient for those who do not sleep on the plane. Looks like the crisis hit them as well as Trans Aero, which also do not turn on TVs for long-haul flights.

Better go to Thailand, and if you have more money - to Singapore. This is a fairytale!

If there are questions.

I, personally, didn’t see anything cool in this in this review, except for sick, disgusting xenophobia and rudeness. I think this citizen should go to Sochi for the time being and yell and bullshit there. It's too early to travel around the world.

Dear comrades. For the umpteenth time I read a review about Vietnam and Phan Thiet and a terrible longing overwhelms me. That's why I ask people who have been to Thailand: "Is it worth it to rumble to Vietnam after that?" Let me explain. All I heard about the holiday was: "Cool, food is cheap, pearls too, awesome buddha statue (concrete), nature!" Hmmm ... I beat my head on the table, crying, because the departure and the issuance of a ticket are already "on the ointment". People!!! Fly to Thailand, settle even in Pattaya, but on Jomtien. Reviews about Vietnam are boring and one-sidedly uninteresting. And to Cambodia from Pattaya the same is much closer and cheaper.

If you were in Saigon for only one night, then there is nothing to say that there is nothing to see there. There is a chic park that you can’t get around in 1 day. And in it: a very beautiful ORCHID park. Lots of fun and entertainment. Yes, and a lot of other stuff. You just had to look for cafes with inexpensive, but very decent food (moreover, the European menu). And it's not difficult to find ... you just need to raise your ass and walk. In English, many understand, and if someone does not understand, then he will immediately call the "understandable". Many menus in cafes are generally painted in Russian - you need to ask! We really enjoyed our vacation!

Lord, dear, if you endure the road so hard, then why did you have to go so far? Or do you not know how far you have to go? It is very convenient to travel between cities by plane! I returned from another trip to Vietnam for a couple of days, took 3 domestic flights so as not to waste time on taxis or buses. For example, the cost of Ho Chi Minh City-Nha Trang is $ 37! It's not expensive and very convenient! And why look for Thai massage in Vietnam? Go to Tai and get everything there. I did a massage in Vietnam and enjoyed it! But that doesn't mean my life hasn't been better! :)))rnSo Svetlana wrote about the park in Saigon. There are a lot of them!!! The new Dai Nam Park is a huge area, very interesting! And there are many interesting things in all of Vietnam, but with your negative attitude, you are unlikely to appreciate them... Good luck! :)

In August 2011 I was with my wife in Saigon for 10 days - a wonderful city, good people (maybe even a little naive). Food is a topic for a separate review - but if in a nutshell, we only visited restaurants with aquariums with live seafood - THE FOOD is SIMPLY INCREDIBLE, I liked the local cuisine very much!
In general, it all depends on the mood!
