Arriving at the hotel around 11 pm, we found out that the hotel was 100% full and there was no room for us. And they allegedly did not receive our armor. After spending an hour and a half arguing, we came to the point where EasyClick's opinion was divided with that of Comfort Inn. The hotel claimed that they received the booking and then received a cancellation. EasyClick says they didn't send any cancellation. The hotel showed us some kind of fake cancellation, which had other dates, a minimum of information and our last name.

We were 100% sure that the hotel erroneously or deliberately canceled our reservation.

Probably, because of the late arrival, they decided that we would not be there, and settled in one of the many "dwellers of the rapids" who, without reservation, go around all the hotels in the city in the hope of finding a room somewhere.

We spent the night in the car. The hotel was kind enough to supply us with blankets and free breakfast.
