My room was on the 22nd floor, overlooking the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, the city and the hotel pool - just an enchanting sight.
The first 15 floors in the hotel are parking (as in many other residential buildings in Miami), the 16th floor is a spa, above are rooms and apartments for permanent residents.
The room is very spacious (44 sq. m. ), with a window on the entire wall. A large balcony with a table and two chairs (there is also an ashtray, so for smokers the problem of "where to smoke" is not worth it).
I had a huge bed with half a dozen pillows, a sofa chair with a reading lamp attached, a work desk, a plasma TV, an iron and ironing board, a minibar, and other amenities that can be seen in the photo. Air conditioning in the room works both for heating and cooling.
In the hallway there is a closet with a built-in safe (free of charge, of course), bathrobes and slippers, various household trifles.
The bathroom has a shower in a glass box, a hydromassage bathtub, two sinks, a hair dryer, floor scales. Between the room and the bathroom - an open opening for romantics : -) . It can be closed with blinds. The toilet is behind an opaque partition. Cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) - high-quality Italian brand Etro, regularly replenished by the maid.
In the SPA area - the cleanest pools, one - heated: in December - that's it.
In the morning in the lobby - tea, coffee. In the evening - quite a decent wine.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: within walking distance of the "metro-mover", bus stops, catering points (both decent restaurants and fast food), the CVS pharmacy-supermarket, shops (including stock ROSS and Marshall). The beach is far away.
A small minus is the key cards: it is inconvenient that you have to use them in the elevator, besides, they are periodically deprogrammed and you have to return to the reception.
When evicting, you need to check the bills very carefully - "extra" positions are the norm.
