Hello! The hotel was chosen because of the location and services offered. I liked the rest, especially the children. animators on top! I have never seen such an attitude towards children - from cordial, patient, correct communication (without pets) to taking into account all the nuances (so that the children are in the shade, and not in the scorching sun, so that everyone is busy, so that it is interesting). Yarik, Vova are the favorites of our children).
Also, the guys did aqua aerobics for moms - interesting, fun, correct (because the athletes have different weight categories and abilities))).
The rooms are decent, although there are small nuances, but they are solvable. The staff is unobtrusive and friendly.

The territory is beautiful, but the playgrounds are small (it looks richer in the photo). The children's house is big, beautiful, BUT it's dirty and the children don't play in it at all! The area near the outdoor pool is also not particularly cleaned (sunbeds, tables, chairs - self-cleaning....). A dead rat was lying around the fountain for a week; The area is not being cleaned. . .
For children there are free scooters, a bike ride, a car, but everything is barely breathing or not manageable. There are table tennis and badminton. But, for badminton shuttlecocks are torn. The reception shrugged... At the end, there was 1 torn shuttlecock).
In general, no one looks after such childish positions. And there are many children here!
Meals 3 times a day, buffet, but monotonous. Well, it's like that. Of course, you can choose what you like. You won't be hungry. However, just take coal and drugs for poisoning with you. Out of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children), 2 children and 1 adult suffered from the disorder. Moreover, at different times and with different intensities....i. e. somewhere there is a problem with the freshness of cooked or washing products (sliced ​ ​ tomatoes were not washed 100%).
I liked the SPA, but the water is "sea" with chemistry, definitely. after half an hour of being in it, the nose was blocked, and allergy sufferers sneezed specifically... Another minus was that the children were given adult long robes. It is more convenient to give out children, because The SPA building is separate and you need to walk through the territory, up the stairs. When it's hot, it's still okay, but in cold weather, children get tangled in an adult bathrobe.
In general, we had a good time, and the children were EXCELLENT !! ! Walked on the lift, to the river. In principle, you can take the children, it’s difficult for yourself, you need a company. For parents (grandparents) it will be boring.
It would be great if there were also karaoke, dance marathons, and games for adults.
Maybe in the future the cons will be taken into account by the administration. And we have a desire to come again! )
