We stayed at this hotel at the end of July. The place is picturesque, among beautiful mountains. The hotel area is relatively small - 3 buildings, a playground, a trampoline, a small outdoor pool. There is also a swimming pool in the SPA building with heated salt water. You need to sign up for it in advance and only for an hour a day. In addition, there is a rope park, but it needs repair. In front of us, under a man, one of the logs broke, so we suddenly felt like climbing there. Only the lower track is more or less safe for the little ones.
The hotel is aimed at families with children, so there are more children than adults. Although there is no separate food for the smallest children, so if your baby does not eat adult food yet, then take everything with you. There are 2 large playrooms for children, in one there is a huge 3-tier labyrinth and various construction sets + walls on which you can draw with chalk; in another Playstation, 2 game computers, table football, air hockey and various board games for both children and adults. The hotel has an animation team. The guys hold various master classes, morning exercises, competitions and children's discos.
Meals here are 3 times all-inclusive, with the exception of drinks and the bar menu. If you have ever vacationed in Turkey, but the local choice of dishes will seem meager to you. In the morning, as a rule, vegetables, scrambled eggs, cereals, meatballs, bacon, cereals, sweets and fruits and dried fruits. For lunch, 2 types of first courses, 2 types of 2 courses, 2-3 types of meat (chicken, pork, beef), sometimes fish, salads, sweets and fruits. For dinner, only 2 courses plus meat and salads, pizza and sweets with fruits. From drinks, various packaged juices, compote and water with lemon. Fruits included apples, bananas, oranges, nectarines, peaches and apricots, but only peaches and nectarines were tasty, and they usually ran out quickly. Basically, you won't go hungry. And be prepared to stand in line if you come at the beginning of the opening of the restaurant. You can, of course, come in an hour, but then the most popular sweets may run out and they will not be brought again.

Now for the number. We had a superior room in the main building on the 2nd floor. Entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised by its size: a huge bathroom with a bathtub, a very large double bed, I would even say a triple bed ???? , plus a sofa bed, where you can also safely sleep together. The room has everything you need, even bathrobes with slippers and cosmetic items (cotton pads, sticks, etc. ), but after using them they were no longer reported. Among other things, there is a kettle, cups and a few bags of tea and coffee, and 2 half-liter bottles of water are provided every day. But our delight quickly ended when we looked out the window. And what do you think we saw there? No, not the beauty of the local mountains, but the restaurant window and the fire escape!! ! And this is in a superior room! In addition, hoods from the restaurant came out in our direction, so it was impossible to ventilate during the day, since all the smells were in the room. So, when you book a room, be sure to specify what kind of view you will have from the window. Another disappointment was when we began to use the water, it is dirty all the time. At the reception they said that this was all due to heavy rainfall, although when we arrived there was no rainfall. And throughout our stay, the water did not become cleaner.
For what you can safely put five is for the service. The entire staff is very friendly and happy to help with any issue. The room is cleaned every day, plus towels are changed if you throw them on the floor. The only incident happened when they came to congratulate my wife on her birthday, which she had last month, in general they mixed up ???? . In 2 days I had a birthday, and we expected that they would also come to congratulate me, but no longer. Either they forgot, or they mixed up something again, but I never waited for my festive ice cream. A trifle, but unpleasant.
I'll write a little more about the pool. It is advisable to sign up there a day in advance, otherwise all the most convenient times will be taken. You need to have rubber slippers with you, if you don’t have them, you can buy them at the reception. You can also buy inflatable circles and other aids for children there. The water in the pool is very warm, it feels like 30 degrees. The pool itself is small, on one side it is shallow so that the children can stand, and on the other, the depth is just over 2 meters. You don’t need to sign up for the outdoor swimming pool, but the water is not heated there, that is, it depends on the weather. And the pool itself is quite small.
The hotel can rent bicycles, including those with child seats (50 UAH per hour). But the roads near the hotel are of poor quality, you can’t really accelerate.
There are excursions to the main attractions of Transcarpathia, as a rule, they take the whole day. You can go to the mountains with a guide. One hike takes about an hour and a half, and is designed for children. And if you want to visit the High Stone Mountain, then it is better to go without children, although if you do not have independent children yet, then there is no one to leave them to - there is no nanny in the hotel. We traveled in our car. We went to Mukachevo to the Palanok castle, to Polyana for mineral water and to the Shypit waterfall.

Summing up, I will say that we were a little disappointed, perhaps due to the fact that we got a room with an unfortunate view. For our country, this hotel is quite pulling on 4 *. The main indicator of its popularity is full occupancy. When we checked in, the hotel did not have a single room available! Many rooms are booked a year in advance. But next time we are unlikely to come back here.
Despite all the shortcomings described, we had a good rest, which is what we wish you!
