Also, when I booked the tour, I found out if they could take me to the train station in Vorokhta on Friday evening - they gave the go-ahead.
But in fact, when I ordered a car for departure, they told me to pay because the free transfer was only on Saturday, and although the hotline helped, they pulled up the conversation records and found where they promised the transfer on Friday evening. We traveled with two families. The second family was met by a driver dissatisfied with his life, constantly driving him to the 1st building. After payment, they did not even explain where the building was and where to go. Waving her hand to the side, the administrator continued to talk on the phone, but the poor mother with two children and luggage was forced to wander around the territory in search of her number. It feels like the tourists are abandoned. In comparison, in Truskavets we were greeted with champagne and snacks, they told us everything right away and took us to the rooms. We paid not from the road, but in the evening, after the rest.

In general, the approach is not clear why guests cannot be given a choice at least between meat and fish.

Pros:
