Super houses, the kitchen is generally super service of waiters and bartenders at the highest level, but one thing is not clear why the restaurant staff cleans the trash cans and cleans the territory and then these same people serve orders to the table. I would like the hotel administration to pay attention to our review.

Decent level. Everything is clean, tidy and comfortable. Good coffee and a fire in the fireplace made for a fabulous stay. Everything in the huts is made with love.

We found Ruslana's houses by accident. But twice we came to the hospitable and always friendly "owners" of the houses. The first thing that strikes me is the friendliness of the people who work in the Huts. Very friendly Mrs. Svetlana and always polite security guards. The houses are cozy and comfortable. There is a TV on each floor, DVD, music center.

We found Ruslana's houses by accident. But twice we came to the hospitable and always friendly "owners" of the houses. There is a TV on each floor, DVD, music center.
Very tasty breakfasts. Dumplings are just super! It is very important that the house has an electric kettle. You can always drink seagull or coffee.
We were in February for the first time and were afraid that we would freeze because the frosts lasted until -20 at night. But in houses electric heaters are very reasonably located. The temperature can be adjusted. It was warm and comfortable.
In general, any request of the guests was immediately fulfilled. During our vacation in the Huts we did not feel any inconvenience.

We celebrated the New Year in Ruslana's huts and went skiing in Bukovel in between. To say we liked it is an understatement! The service is simply amazing after you rest in the Crimea or anywhere in Ukraine. We had breakfast included and were very pleased. Everything is very delicious. Somewhere in 20-30 minutes drive Bukovel tracks are located.
