Stayed in this hotel during the winter. Batteries in the hotel at -17 on the street, it is not clear, sometimes cold then warm, in general it was terribly cold in the room and the first night I had to sleep dressed in jackets !! ! and warm linens. The next day, I asked the reception to contact the administrator or the owner of the hotel, to which they replied that it was the holidays and everyone had left, but they did not have phone numbers.

Stayed in this hotel during the winter. Batteries in the hotel at -17 on the street, it is not clear, sometimes cold then warm, in general it was terribly cold in the room and the first night I had to sleep dressed in jackets !! ! and warm linens.
The next day, I asked the reception to contact the administrator or the owner of the hotel, to which they replied that it was the holidays and everyone had left, but they did not have phone numbers. When asked what we should do now at the reception, they shrugged their shoulders.
Then it was "more fun", an inadequate, as I first understood, plumber appeared, and later his son. Why inadequate? Because he who came to our room and saw two chairs that we pulled up to one of the radiators, trying in this way to somehow warm up, we were told that we had covered the radiators with chairs and therefore the room could not heat up (!!! ), through for a couple of minutes of dialogue, this person, for some reason, switches to “you” with me (!!! ), after which I make a remark, I ask you to name your full name. and to talk to the hotel administration, to which he refused to identify himself without explanation and at the same time declares that he and his son are the owner and manager of the hotel (!!! ) respectively.
After a short discussion with the plumber and the plumber's son (owner and manager without names and surnames), they failed to convince us that cold radiators in winter are normal, however, like us, that they should be hot. On the same evening, we took the rest of the unused period and moved out. Remembering, we still laugh at this clowning.
Wishes for the hotel: learn the basics of running a hotel business and, most importantly, behavior with customers.
We do not recommend visiting. This situation amused us, but someone can seriously upset. Having visited numerous hotels, including western Ukraine, for the first time they encountered this.
