We came to Tatariv on vacation with a good mood, a desire to relax and recharge with positive! All this was, but not in this hotel! The hostess is an unpleasant person, capable of responding to politeness with rudeness. It is absolutely pointless to negotiate or ask for anything with her, she can agree, and then change her mind without warning. She is not interested in clients, she doesn’t give a damn about them, she doesn’t want to improve or fix something, she is always dissatisfied with everything and everyone. If you want to ruin your holiday, this is the place for you. We are no longer a foot! There are a lot of good, polite and smiling people in Western Ukraine, the owner of this "hotel" is an unpleasant exception.
